Deputy was conducting a welfare check on a female at the above location. During the welfare check, the above subject came to pick her up. It was learned the above subject had an active bench warrant for his arrest. The above subject was arrested and booked at ADC.

Above suspect was stopped for a traffic violation. The suspect was found to have an outstanding bench warrant for failure to appear at court out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court. It was learned the suspect was native american and on Indian Country. The suspect waived his extradition and approved by Pojoaque Governor Joseph Talache. The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly.

Charges: Resisting, Evading, Obstructing an Officer – Concealing Identity
The above suspect was known to have active warrants for her arrest. When she was located she attempted on hide behind the seats of the vehicle she was in. The suspect locked the doors to the vehicle and refused to come out. The suspect attempted to mislead deputies by telling them she was not the person who they were looking for and gave a false name. Entry was finally made into the vehicle and the suspect was taken into custody.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s) as well as the original 2 warrants for her arrest.

Upon arrival, I made contact with the victim, who stated he arrived home today and observed his bicycle had been stolen from outside of his house. Victim said the bike had been stolen between May 12, 2017 and May 5, 2017. Victim did not know who might have stolen the bike. No evidence was located on scene. Photos were taken and submitted to evidence.

Victim: Justin Ray (29 y.o). Last seen wearing a white or red Ecko shirt, khaki or gray shorts and a Cardinals baseball cap. Justin is 6'2", 200 pounds, bald and green eyes.
On 5-15-17, Justin was reported missing by his child's mother. Justin last spoke with his child's mother at 5:32 pm on today's date. Justin is believed to be in the Santa Fe area. There is no further information at this time.

Charges: Morales-Perez – Possession of Controlled Substance –Cocaine & Public Affray / Rivera – Public Affray
A fight between the above suspects occurred in the night club at the Buffalo Thunder Casino. Pojoaque Tribal Police used Tasers on both suspects to stop the fight.
During a search of Morales-Perez a white powder that tested positive for Cocaine was found in a folded up dollar bill.
The suspects were booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).
