On 05/18/17 the victim reported an altercation with the above listed suspect, who is a household member. The victim was punched in the abdomen. The suspect returned to the incident location and was found to be driving on a suspended license. The above individual was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Charges: Aggravated DWI – Careless Driving – No Insurance
The suspect was traveling south on Old Santa Fe Trail when he failed to negotiate a left curve on the roadway. The suspect’s vehicle went off of the shoulder of the road and crashed into a dirt embankment. The suspect was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory (for breath) and he refused to respond if he would submit to a breath test.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

Deputy Eccles was dispatched to the listed location in reference to an assistance. Upon arrival it was learned the victim was contacted by an unknown woman via a private Facebook page, asking the victim if she wanted to submit photographs of her belly for a pregnancy cast. Victim advised she agreed and was then contacted via Skype by a male named "Martin" who she believed worked as a photographer for this woman. The victim advised this male took photographs as he skyped with her, taking photographs of her belly, breasts and genital area. The male then told the victim he was going to leak the photos to all of her Facebook friends. Case is under investigation.
