The victim and his wife had an argument during which the suspect slapped the victim in the face causing a minor injury and swelling to his upper lip.

On the above date Deputies responded to a report of a male who had been shot. Upon arrival contact was made with a 29 year old male who had multiple gun shot wounds. The male was transported to St. Vincent's Hospital for treatment for his injuries. This case is currently under investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to the above area regarding a possible intoxicated driver. Deputies observed a 2002 Ford Explorer failing to maintain its lane of travel. A traffic stop was initiated and upon contacting the above listed individual, it was found that he was impaired. Subject was placed under arrest and while doing a search of the vehicle, marijuana and methamphetamine was located. Subject was booked accordingly.

Deputy Lujan was dispatched to listed location in reference to an inmate being found in possession of suboxone. Upon arrival it was determined the listed inmate was found by jail staff to be in possession of an orange film like substance consistent with suboxone. Suspect was charged and rebooked accordingly.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a reckless driver. Deputies located the vehicle at the above location. Upon making contact with the above subject, Deputies observed signs of impairment. Subject refused SFST'S. Subject was arrested on the above charges. Subject blew a .30 and .31BrAC. Subject was arrested and booked accordingly.
