Charges: Battery against a Household Member
The suspect and the victim were in the process of ending a relationship when the suspect grabbed the victim’s cell phone and started to go through it. While the argument started in school it moved to the suspects’ vehicle out in the parking lot. While in the vehicle the suspect punched the victim on the left arm and then pushed her against the passenger’s side door. The victim had visible injuries to both of her arms that were consistent with her story.
The suspect was arrested and booked on the above listed charge.

Between October 2015 and April 26, 2016, unknown subjects made entry into the residence, once inside, subjects damaged property. Case is under investigation.

During a search at the above location, the above listed person was found to be in possession of a controlled substance. She was booked accordingly.

Location: Airport road at Camino Tierra Real
Arrested: Erik Estrada-Zamarron, 20-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 04-26-16 at about 1:00am a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle Mr. Estrada-Zamarron was a passenger in. Deputies noticed a white substance in and around his nose. Further investigation revealed he was in possession of a small amount of cocaine. He was arrested and booked acvcordingly.
0216006133 - Death Investigation - 04-25-16

Location: Agua Fria St – Santa Fe
Deputies responded to a report of an unresponsive 45 year old male. Paramedics were already performing CPR on the male when the deputies arrived. Paramedics were unable to revive the victim and he was pronounced deceased by the Office of the Medical Investigator.
No suspicious activity is suspected at this time.

Arrested: Peter Burke, Age 62 Edgewood, NM
Depuites responded to the above location in regards to a domestic disturbance. When they arrived, they learned the above suspect had battered his spouse with a suace pan. The above suspect was stopped while driving and arrested for the battery, driving on a revoked license. Deputies also learned the above suspect owned a firearm and was a felon out of California. He was arrested on the above charges and his vehicle was seized per Santa Fe County ordinance.

Person Arrested- Iris Rojas, 26 yoa, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a domestic disturbance. During the investigation, Deputy learned that the suspect had bit her boyfriend on the arm on 4-23-2016 during an argument and refused to allow the victim into the residence on today's date. Victim entered the residence through an unlocked window and the suspect grabbed the victim by the neck and scratched the victim. Suspect was arrested and transported to SFADC where she was charged and booked accordingly.

Suspect: Ivan Uribe-Urbina, 34, Pecos, NM
Charges: Aggravated DWI, Reckless Driving, Driving While License is Revoked, Lighted Lamps Required, Registration Required, No Proof of Insurance
On Friday, April 22, 2016 at approximately 11:34pm, Deputy observed vehicle traveling in the southbound lanes of I-25 without it's headlights on. Vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed. A traffic stop was initiated and the vehicle came to a stop on Rodeo Road. Driver showed signs of impairment and the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered. Driver displayed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest for DWI. No proof of insurance was located in the vehicle and the vehicle was not currently registered. A check of the driver's history was conducted and returned with a revoked driver's license and had at least one prior DWI. The New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory was read to the driver, who agreed to submit to a breath test. Driver was only able to provide one breath sample, which was 0.16 or higher. Driver was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. Vehicle was seized under the Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5 Amended 2013-5.

Charges: Aggravated Burglary of a Motor Vehicle, Larceny
On Friday, April 22, 2016, at about 9:51pm, Deputy responded to the Wal-Mart in Edgewood in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle that had occurred at another location. An unknown suspect(s) entered the vehicle, which was unlocked, and removed a cellular phone and a handgun. Investigation is ongoing.
