On above date Deputy Trujillo was dispatched to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center in reference to an inmate found in possession of a controlled substance. Upon arrival it was determined the inmate was found with several small pieces of an orange film like substance consistent with suboxone. The inmate was rebooked without further incident.

Charges: Aggravated Battery
Deputies received a report of two brothers fighting. When deputies arrived they found one of the brothers (victim), bleeding from the head, and hiding behind a car outside of the residence. The victim stated that he was hit in the head with a fireplace poker. The victim was transported by medics to Espanola Hospital to be treated for his injuries while his brother was arrested and charged.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

On 12/16/16 between 1:40am and 3:10am, an unknown person entered the location and removed tools and gasoline from several vehicles parked at the location. The unknown person (s) removed several power tools belonging to the company. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Location: Johnson Ranch Road, Santa Fe, NM, 87505 (Cannoncito area)
On Friday December 16, 2016 A resident in the area of Johnson Ranch Road called the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office to advised of a suspicious vehicle in his driveway. Deputies responded and interviewed the owner of the suspicious vehicle. The owner of the vehicle was ordered to leave the homeowners property. The homeowner called back approximately an hour later and advised that the suspicious vehicle was back in his driveway and the driver had been shot. The driver was transported to the hospital. Criminal investigations was called to the scene.

Charges: Aggravated Battery Against Household Member, Interference with Communications
On 12-16-16 the above individual was placed under arrest after being involved in an altercation with a family member. During the altercation the above individual pulled the phone line out of the wall, while the family member was calling for assistance. The above individual then struck the victim with the plastic phone. The above individual was placed under arrest without further incident and booked into the Santa Fe County ADC.

Arrested: Valerie Fischer, 37-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.
On 12-14-16 at about 10:00pm Ms. Fischer battered a family member during an argument, scratching the family member on the face. She was arrested on the above charge and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.
