On above date, Deputies were dispatched to Frasco Road in reference to a report of fraud. Upon arrival it was determined unknown suspects attempted to use the victim's credit card in fraudulent transactions totaling over $1,000.00. The case is under investigation.

Charges: Driving While License Revoked, Speeding
On 11-04-16 a traffic stop was conducted on a Ford Escape after it was observed speeding. Upon making contact with the above driver, it was learned his license privilege to operate a motor vehicle had been revoked by the Department of Motor Vehicles. The revocation was for a prior DWI. The driver was placed under arrest and booked accordingly. The vehicle was seized as per the Santa Fe County Ordinance.

Between October 3, 2016 and October 7, 2016 unknown suspects used the victims ATM card without authorization and withdrew $2,000. Case is under investigation.
0216017280/ Unlawful Taking of a Vehicle/ 11/03/16

Stolen: 1992 Big T flatbed trailer NM 42710TRT
Value: $1,500.00
On 11-03-16 the victim reported on or about the 10th day of October, 2016 someone had stolen the above trailer from the parking lot at the above location. The victim stated the trailer was secured with padlocks, but they were cut. The trailer is 7 feet long with wood side rails. The trailer was entered into NCIC. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location regarding a domestic dispute, Upon investigation it was found that the above suspect had battered his wife and son. Suspected was arrested and booked accordingly.

The above listed person was found to be in possession of suboxone and a make shift syringe by detention staff. Subject was booked accordingly.

Between 1:30 pm on October 31, 2016 and 1:00 pm on November 2, 2016 unknown suspects forced entry into the above residence and took the above listed items. Case is under investigation.

The above listed person was found to be in possession of suboxone by detention staff. Once suspect was caught with the items, he attempted to flush them down the toilet. Subject was booked accordingly.

Between the hours of 3:30 pm and 3:50 pm unknown subjects entered a 2000 Red in color Chevrolet Cavalier and took the above listed items. Case is under investigation.
