Person Arrested- Benjamin Olguin 29 yo Santa Fe
Deputies were dispatched to the above location regarding a domestic dispute. Through investigation, it was determined that the above listed individual assaulted his girlfriend, took her phone from her and had a pipe used for smoking narcotics on his person. Subject was booked accordingly.

Between 3:45 pm and 4:00 pm, unknown suspects took the above listed item while victim was having lunch. Case is under investigation.

Items Taken: Bicycle, power tools.
On the above date Deputy was dispatched to Camino Ancon in reference to a Burglary. Upon arrival it was determined a bicycle and multiple power tools were stolen from a shed on the property sometime between October 15 and November 28, 2016. There was no signs of forced entry. The case is under investigation.

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to a report of Embezzlement and Forgery. According to the business staff, an individual was reported to law enforcement for fraudulent activities regarding individuals with mental and physical disabilities who are provided services at this business. The case is currently under investigation.

On the aforementioned date, Deputies spoke with a male subject who advised that his mothers home, which is currently unoccupied, was unlawfully entered sometime between November 29th, 2106 and today's date. No signs of forced entry were located and no property was taken. At this time, there is no suspect information.

Arrested: Justin Leyba, 29-year-old male from Chimayo N.M.
On 11-30-16 at about 8:21pm The defendant was stopped for speeding on Juan Medina Road. He displayed signs of intoxication and field sobriety tests were administered. He was subsequently arrested on the above charges and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Arrested: James Warren, 30-year-old male from Nambe N.M.
On 11-30-16 at about 9:26pm the Sheriff's Office received a report of a reckless driver on I-25 near mile post 269. Deputies responded to the area and observed a blue Toyota Prius traveling northbound failing to maintain its lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was subsequently found to be driving while under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Arrested: Loren Green, 28-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.
On 11-30-16 at about 11:08pm the above defendant failed to stop for a posted stop sign at the above location. A traffic stop was conducted and she displayed signs of intoxication. Field sobriety tests were administered and she was subsequently placed under arrest on the above charges.

Person Arrested- Nicholette Miera 26 yo Santa Fe
After a traffic stop was conducted on a 1999 Ford Contour, the above listed person was observed not wearing a seat belt. When Deputy asked for her identification, subject gave a false name. After a search of the vehicle, a glass pipe was located. Suspect admitted that the pipe was hers. She was booked accordingly.
