On 04-03-17 Deputies responded with Santa Fe County Fire Personnel in regards to an unconscious female at the above location. Upon arrival contact was made with the reporting party, who stated she found the victim laying on the floor of her room. The victim has a history of medical illness. There were no signs of foul play observed.

On above date Deputy Haughney was dispatched to Cedar Road in reference to a larceny. Upon arrival it was determined the above listed items were stolen while several individuals were living in the residence. Individuals were interviewed and denied stealing the items. Case is under investigation.

The suspect showed signs of impairment and was arrested. Implied Consent Advisory was read and suspect refused to submit to testing. The vehicle was seized per Santa Fe County Ordinance. Suspect was booked accordingly.

On Monday, April 3, 2017 at approximately 2:19am, Deputy conducted a welfare check on the vehicle. Suspect was in the driver's seat and syringes were observed on the floorboard of the vehicle. Suspect gave consent to search the vehicle and items containing heroin, items used to use heroin, and Suboxone without a prescription were located in the vehicle. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. Vehicle was towed from the scene.
