On Saturday, October 22, 2016 at approximately 12:50am, Deputy responded to location in reference to a possible impaired driver, who had been stopped by the Pojoaque Police Department. Pojoaque Police Department Officer had seen the vehicle failing to maintain it's lane of travel and conducted a traffic stop. It was learned that the driver was not Native American. Contact was made with the driver, who showed signs of impairment. The Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and the driver continued to show signs of impairment. Suspect was placed under arrest for DWI and was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory. Suspect agreed to submit to a breath test and provided two breath samples of 0.16 or more. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Friday, October 21, 2016 at approximately 10:35pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Victim and suspect, who are boyfriend and girlfriend, had been involved in an argument. During the argument the suspect battered the victim. The battery was confirmed by surveillance video. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. No one received any life-threatening injuries as a result of this incident..

On Friday, October 21, 2016 at approximately 7:59pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a residential burglary. An unknown suspect(s) gained entry through an unsecured door and removed jewelry and two firearms. Investigation is ongoing.

Deputies were dispatched to the jail in reference to a narcotics violation. Upon arrival it was found the above suspect was found in possession of seven pieces of orange film suspected to be suboxone as well as a syringe. Suspect was rebooked without incident.

Deputies dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival it was determined between 9:00 a.m. and 7:10 p.m. on above date forced entry was made into the home through a bedroom window. Above items were taken, case is under investigation.

On above date, Deputies were dispatched to Los Pinos Road in reference to a single vehicle collision. The above suspect fled the scene and was located in the area. The above named suspect admitted to trying to "drift" around the curve losing control of the vehicle and damaging a wall. Suspect arrested and booked accordingly.

On October 20th, between the hours of 7:30 PM and October 21st at 8:30 AM, and unknown person(s), entered the victims barn and removed/stole 3 saddles and multiple hand held power tools. Approximate value for the items stolen items is $2,440.00 dollars. Case is currently under investigation.
Case # 0216016602 - Battery on a Peace Officer - 10-21-16

Suspect: Dejan Milojevic – Age 48 – Hinsdale, IL
Charges: Battery upon a Peace Officer – Assault on a Peace Officer – Battery
On 10-21-16 at approximately 00:44am deputies were dispatched to the Buffalo Thunder Casino for an intoxicated male. Prior to the deputies arrival the suspect kicked one security officer on the leg and injured the hand of another while they were trying to detain him.
Upon arrival of deputies the suspect attempted to “head butt” Deputy Garcia and then kicked at Cpl. Clark striking his arm.
The suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.
