Suspect: Unknown

Deputies were dispatched to the above location for an activated alarm. A window was found broken on the north side of the building. The business owner was contacted and he reported that $600.00 was taken from the office. Investigation to continue.


0216018047 – DWI – 11-18-16

Location: US-84/285 & NM-503

Suspect: Gregory Ways – 57 - Chimayo, NM

Charges: Driving under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs / Roadways Laned for Traffic

Dispatched advised of a reckless vehicle on US-84/285 in the Pojoaque area . The vehicle was located and observed to be failing to maintain lanes of travel. While stopping the suspect's vehicle drove over a curb.  The suspect refused to complete the Field Sobriety Tests and demanded to be taken to the hospital for a blood test.  Following the blood draw the suspect was booked into to ADC on the above charges.

 


0216018066-Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property-11-19-16

Location- 200 block of Rabbit Road

Items Taken- Clothing and electronics valued at $735.

Between 1:00 pm and 2:15 pm unknown subjects forced entry into a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee and took the above listed items.  Case is under investigation.


0216018062-Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property- 11-19-16

Location- 100 Block of College Avenue

Items Taken- Purse, Credit/Debit cards  Valued at $40.

Between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm, unknown suspects forced entry into a 2013 Chevy Traverse that was parked at the location and took the above listed items. Case is under investigation.


0216018040-Aggravated Assault Against A Household Member, Criminal Damage to Property of a Household Member-11-18-16

Location- 100 Block of Arroyo Seco Circle

Person Arrested- Jose Maestas 20 yo Santa Fe

Deputies were dispatched to the above location regarding a domestic dispute. Through investigation, suspect was found to have threatened his mother with a knife and damaged her property.  Subject was arrested and booked accordingly.

Items Taken- Jewelry valued at $7,300

Between 7:00 am and 6:40 pm, unknown suspects forced entry into the above residence and took the above listed items.  Case is under investigation.

 


Case#0216018048, Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Suboxone

Location: Camino Justicia, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Gino Tapia, Espanola, NM

On Friday, November 18, 2016 at approximately 11:51pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate found in possession of a controlled substance. Suspect was found in possession of Suboxone. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.


0216018032-Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia- 11-18-16

Location- 28 Camino Justicia

Person Arrested- Michael Duran 30 yo Espanola, NM

While detention staff were conducting cell searches, the above listed person was found to be in possession of a syringe and suboxone. Subject was booked accordingly.


0216018028-Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possesion of Drug Paraphernalia, Tampering with Evidence- 11-18-16

Person Arrested- Richard Borrego 28 yo- Ojo Caliente

Above listed person was found to have marijuana and a syringe in his possession while detention staff were doing cell checks.  Above listed attempted to grab the items from the detention officer.  Subject was booked accordingly.


0216018035-Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property, Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card- 11-18-16

Location- 1200 Block of Old Buckman Road

Items Taken- Credit Cards, electronics valued at $765.00

Between 10:30 am and 4:40 pm, unknown suspects forced entry into a 2013 White in color Subaru Outback and took the above listed items.  It was found that $400 in charges were placed on one of the stolen credit cards.  Case is under investigation.
