On Thursday September 1st, 2016 at 3:08 pm the above suspect was stopped for speeding. During the traffic stop the suspect was found to be operating her vehicle while her license was revoked due to a prior DWI conviction. She was arrested and taken to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without further incident. The vehicle was not seized due to the infraction taking place within the city limits.

Victim reported on August 31, 2016 between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. someone went into the victims garage and stole multiple tools. Case is under investigation.

On above date Deputy was dispatched to the Santa Fe County Detention Center in reference to above Inmate having Suboxone. Corrections Officer observed inmate in his cell cutting up the strip of Suboxone at his desk. When confronted by the Corrections Officer the inmate admitted to having the Suboxone and cutting it up for his" homies." Inmate stated he found the strip of Suboxone in his pocket. Inmate was rebooked on above charged.

On Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at approximately 8:02pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a residential burglary. An unknown suspect(s) entered the garage to the residence and removed bicycles, an axe, and other items. Investigation is ongoing.

On August 31st, 2016, Deputies responded in reference to a Commercial Burglary. Upon their arrival, it was discovered that the suspect(s) forced entry through an office window causing damage to the window and dry wall. While inside, the unknown individuals stole various power and hand tools. This case is currently under investigation.
0216013716-Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon- 8-30-16

Person Arrested- Bradley Smith 27 yo Santa Fe
Deputies were dispatched to a fight at the above location. Upon investigation, it was found that the above listed suspect had retrieved a .22 caliber rifle after a physical altercation and fired a round in front of the victim into the ceiling of the residence. Subject was arrested and booked accordingly.

Victim: 72 Year Old Female
On above date Victim advised that the Suspect was intoxicated and wanting to use her vehicle. When the Victim refused the suspect became angry and approached the victim in a threatening manner. Victim stated she was in fear of an immediate battery. Suspect was arrested and taken to Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without further incident.
