Deputy was dispatched to the above location. Upon making contact with the victim, it was found that unknown suspects had attempted to open several credit card accounts under his name. Case is under investigation.

Victim reported unknown suspects gained entry into her vehicle sometime between 1-30-2016 at 2:30pm and todays date (1-31-2016) around 12pm and stole above mentioned items. Case is still under investigation.

On Sunday, January 31, 2016 at 1:34am, Deputy was dispatched to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Suspect and victim got involved in a verbal argument. During the argument, suspect battered the victim. No one received any life threatening injuries as a result of this incident. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Sunday, January 31, 2016 at 12:56am, Deputies were dispatched to location in reference to a loud party. Suspect was in charge of the residence and had an odor of an intoxicating liquor emitting from his breath. Suspect admitted to having consumed more than one alcoholic beverage. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

SFRECC received a phone call a call of a fire at the location. Investigation revealed an unknown person intentionally set fire to a vehicle, dumpster, front door to a residence, and another vehicle at the residence. Investigation is on-going.

Arrested: John Aragon 27 yoa male from Santa Fe
SFRECC received a call about a reckless driver who was possibly impaired near La Cienega. While attempting to locate the vehicle it was learned the vehicle had exited onto St. Francis Drive. Deputy located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. The driver had the smell of an intoxicating beverage coming from his person. SFST's were conducted and the driver showed signs of impariment. A breath test revealed a .24 BRaC. Driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without further incident.

Deputy was dispatch to the above location in reference to assistance with fire department. During the investigation, Deputy learned a vehicle and a dumpster were intentionally set on fire along with the front door to the residence, the entrance to the garage, and another vehicle at the location. Case is still under investigation.
