On 09-05-16 Deputies were dispatched to a Disorderly Conduct call at the above location. Contact was made with the Manager, who reported the above individual was yelling and using profanity in the store. The Manager stated the above subject spit on him and pushed him while he was trying to get the male out of the store. The above individual also caused a clerk at the store to fear for her safety by his actions. The above individual did make an aggressive movement towards the clerk. The above individual also took a 20 ounce bottle of Mountain Dew and a Bic Lighter from the store without paying for the items. Once outside the store the above individual continued his disruptive behavior and eventually kicked a glass door causing it to shatter. The above individual was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

On September 4th, 2016, Deputies responded to a residence in the El Rancho area in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Deputies made contact with the victim who advised that sometime between 5:30 PM, on 9/3/16 and the reporting date and unknown person(s) entered his unlocked vehicle and stole various items. No suspects information is available at this time.

Arrested: Clara Stover, 26 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87532
Santa Fe County Sheriff's Officer responded to the area of Sueno De Vigil in reference to a reported domestic dispute occurring in a vehicle. Deputies arrived and observed a vehicle matching the description. Contact was made with the homeowner. The driver was identified by Deputies. The driver, Clara Stover had an odor of alcoholic beverages coming from her breath. SFST's were administered. Clara Stover showed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. Clara Stover gave submitted to a breath test which showed the drivers alcohol content over .08. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a reported credit card fraud at an address on Camino Vista Aurora. Deputies arrived and made contact with the victim who stated that suspect(s) unlawfully took the victims drivers license and credit cards. Victim later discovered that suspect(s) unlawfully used the victims credit cards to obtain over $500. This case remains under investigation.
