On 08-23-16 Deputies, responded to the above location in regards to a Domestic Dispute. Upon arrival contact was made with the victim, who stated the above individual was yelling at her. The victim reported she did feel the above individual was going to batter her. The victim added the above individual did throw a drinking glass on the ground, causing it to break. The above individual was placed under arrest and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Arrested: Jonathan Tapia 23 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87508
Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the area of Bosquecillo in reference to a 911 hangup. Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies arrived on scene and made contact with the a female in the home who stated she was the victim of an domestic battery. The victim had signs of a battery. The investigation revealed that after a breif argument the suspect attempted to harm himself. When the victim attempted to stop the suspect he became upset and struck the victim. The suspect was placed under arrest without incident. The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Contact was made with the victim who stated while waiting at the above intersection in traffic, a maroon in color sedan pulled up beside her and a male began yelling at her then pulled out a handgun and pointed it at her. Suspect vehicle followed victim for a short time then she turned off and lost sight of the suspect vehicle then she met with law enforcement. Case is under investigation.

Above listed person was found to have an active warrant for failing to pay fines on original charge of possession of a controlled substance. He was booked accordingly.

Location: Wildhorse- Las Campana
Decedent: 42 yr old male
On 08-22-16 Deputies responded to the above location in regards to an Assisting Ambulance. Santa Fe County Fire Personnel also responded and attempted life saving techniques. However, the techniques were unsuccessful and the individual passed away. There was no signs of foul play. The cause of death is pending autopsy results.

On 08-22-16 the above individual was pulled over for speeding. Upon checking his license status through the Motor Vehicle Division, it was learned his license was revoked with the arrest clause. The vehicle he was operating was seized as per Santa Fe County Ordinance. The driver was arrested and booked accordingly.

On 08-22-16 the victim reported the above travel trailer as stolen from the above location. The victim last saw the trailer in early July. It is not known when the trailer was actually stolen. Suspect information is pending at this time.

SFRECC received a call of a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival investigation revealed the suspect had punched, pushed and threw his girlfriend to the ground during an argument. Suspect was arrested without further incident and taken to the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Arrested: Sophia Daddio 20 yoa female Santa Fe
The above suspect was found by Tesuque Police in possession of methamphetamine while at the Camel Rock Casino. Tesuque contacted the Sheriff's Office and the suspect was arrested and booked without incident.
Case # 0216013093 Motor Vehicle Crash (Fatality)

Location: Interstate 25 mile post 294 (Canoncito)
Deceased: 68 yof (next of kin notification pending)
On Friday August 19th, 2016 at 8:42 pm SFRECC received a 911 call informing of a single vehicle which had crashed and was in the roadway at mile post 294 on Interstate 25. Shortly after SFRECC received a phone call that another vehicle had crashed into the vehicle which was stopped in the roadway.
Investigation revealed the vehicle the deceased's vehicle had hit the concrete median, a guardrail and came to a stop in the left lane of travel with drivers side directly in the lane of travel. Due to no lighting in the area and the vehicle being black in color, the second driver did not see the vehicle stopped in the lane. The second vehicle struck the first vehicle. As a result of the crash the driver passed away from her injuries.
Alcohol does not appear to be a factor in this crash.
