On 01/28/17 the victim reported her vehicle was broken into while parked outside the above location. The unknown suspect(s) gained entry into a camper shell and removed a yellow bike designed for use on the snow and a snowboard. The incident occurred between 9:00pm and 11:30pm on 01/27/17.

Upon arrival, it was discovered that an unknown person(s) attempted to pry open the front door of his residence using an unknown tool or object causing damage to the door. Entry was not gained to the victims home. No suspect information is available at this time.

On 1-27-17 around 3:30am Deputies contacted Mr. Grimm who was stranded in a vehicle at Highway 14 and San Marcos Loop. After running his information it was learned he had 4 outstanding warrants for his arrest out of Bernalillo County.

INMATE WAS FOUND TO HAVE A FOLDED PIECE OF PAPER. CONTENTS WITHIN THE PAPER WERE FOUND TO BE TWO STRIPS OF ORANGE FILM/SUBOXONE.INMATE WAS READ HIS RIGHTS PER MIRANDA. INMATE STATED HE KNEW IT WAS SUBOXONE AND WAS GOING TO USE IT TO "GET CANDY" LATER ON.
INMATE WAS CHARGED AND REBOOKED.

Jenica Lugo is described as 5'2" tall, 125 lbs., blonde hair, brown eyes, wearing a light blue shirt and gray leggings. The case is under investigation.
