On this date, a BOLO for a reckless driver was issued on a White Jeep Cherokee. The vehicle was located and stopped. The above listed person had the odor of alcohol and his speech was slurred. He was arrested and upon searching him a small bag of cocaine was located on his person. Subject was booked accordingly.

Victim reported that he received a phone call from an individual posing as an IRS agent. Victim was advised that he had a warrant for not paying his taxes, but was advised if he was to pay $5,000 in I Tunes gift cards the warrant would be quashed. Victim paid the listed amount and realized that it was a scam. Case is under investigation.

Person reporting advised that multiple power tools were taken from a job site at the reported address. The above victim stated that between 5:00PM on August 12th and 6:45AM on August 13th the following tools were stolen from the above address. A Bosch table saw, De Walt miter saw, Mikita air compressor, Mikita surface plainer, drills, pliers, saw blades, and other miscellaneous tools. There are no suspects at this time.

Above listed person became verbally aggressive towards his public defender and Judge during his arraignment. Detention staff was escorting the above listed out of the room at which time the suspect spit on the detention staff. He was re booked accordingly.

Arrested: Michelle Armijo 25 year old female from Espanola, N.M.
Deputy was dispatched to a domestic dispute at the above location. During the investigation, the victim reported he was punched and slapped during a physical altercation with his wife. In addition, suspect threw a cross bow at his direction that fell on the floor damaging the scope. The victim had scratches on his face, neck, arms and abrasions on his left rib cage. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Stolen: Woman's purse with misc. credit/debit cards and an I phone 5. Total value of $450.00
On 08-11-16 at about 8:00pm the victim stopped her vehicle near the Alamo campground on Hyde Park Road and exited her vehicle due to cows in the roadway. There were several other people in the area. The victim returned to her vehicle a short time later and left the area. Upon getting home she realized someone stole the above items from the vehicle.
