Decedent: 22 year old male.
On 01-21-17 Deputies responded to the location and made contact with the reporting party. The decedent was last spoken to on 01/20/17 in the afternoon. The reporting party stated she arrived at the residence and found the decedent. No signs of foul play were observed. Cause of Death will be determined by the Office of the Medical Investigator.

On the above date, Deputy Chastain arrested the above listed suspect on an arrest warrant for failure to pay fines where the original charges were possession of drug paraphernalia. The suspect was booked without incident.

Between January 6, 2017 and January 20, 2017 suspect entered a room in the residence and took the above listed items valued at $3,368. Case is under investigation.

Incident Location: La Cienega area
On the aforementioned date, deputies responded to a residence in reference to an elderly male subject that was unconscious and unresponsive. Upon arrival, it was determined that the decedent had a do no resuscitate order in place. The Office of the Medical Investigator was summonsed to the location. No foul play is suspected.

Incident Location: Lone Butte General Store, NM State Road 14
Person Arrested: Angelina Jinzo, 31 year old female
On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to call of a male victim advising that his 1993 Honda accord was just taken from the above listed location. The above listed female was given a courtesy ride by the victim and when they stopped to put fuel in the car, she drove off with the victims car while he was inside the store paying for fuel. Deputies proceeded to the last known area of travel on north bound NM State Road 14. Deputies observed a vehicle matching the given description and a traffic stop was initiated. The above listed female was taken into custody. She was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center where she was charged and booked.

Stolen: 2008, Silver in color, Toyota Sequoia, SUV
On the aforementioned date, deputies responded to the victims home in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. Upon arrival, the victim advised that she left her vehicle running and unattended while she went inside her home. The victim advised that upon walking out of her residence to enter her vehicle, it was missing from the front yard where it was parked. No suspect information is available at this time.

Incident Location: Pojoaque Area
Stolen: 2010, Gray in color, Mazda 4-door sedan, 3S model
On the aforementioned date, deputies responded to the victims location in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. Upon arrival, the victim advised that he left his vehicle running to warm up. The victim also stated that he observed two suspicious male subjects around his home and when he went to check on his car, he noticed it was missing. This case is currently under investigation.

Person Arrested: David Bourassa, 38 years of age
Deputies responded to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center regarding a warrant service. The aforementioned male inmate was discovered to have an active warrant for his arrest out of Los Alamos County Municipal Court for failure to appear. The subject was arrested and re-booked without incident.

Arrested: Andy Mendez, 23-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 01-19-17 while conducting a security check a Corrections Officer located suspected Suboxone in the possession of inmate Mendez.

On 01-19-17 while conducting a security check a Corrections Officer located a hypodermic syringe loaded with suspected Suboxone in the possession of inmate Braman.
