Charges: Possession of a controlled substance, to wit: Heroin; Resisting, evading or obstructing an officer; Possession of alcoholic beverages by minors
On Saturday, July 16, 2016 at approximately 11:43pm, deputies responded to location in reference to suspicious vehicles in the area. Once on scene it was discovered that there was a large party at the location. Deputies made contact with suspect as he was drinking a beer. Suspect provided his wallet in an attempt to identify him, which contained heroin. Suspect then attempted to flee on foot once the heroin was discovered. Suspect was apprehended and J.P.O. authorized incarceration. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Juvenile Detention Facility without incident.

Suspect: Cameo Stover, 29, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Battery against a household member, Possession of drug paraphernalia, Possession of a controlled substance, to wit: Marijuana
On Saturday, July 16, 2016 at approximately 2:54am, deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Suspect and victim had been involved in a verbal argument. During the argument suspect battered the victim. Suspect was placed under arrest. During the search incident to arrest, suspect was found in possession of Marijuana and a pipe. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. No one received any life-threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

Person Arrested- Angela Montoya 44 yo Santa Fe
Deputies were dispatched to the above address regarding a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, it was found that the above listed subject had thrown a beer bottle at her husband during an argument. Subject was booked accordingly.

Between July 14 and July 16, 2016 unknown subjects entered the above residence and took the above items. Items were valued at $900. Case is under investigation.

Suspect(s): Unknown
At some time on July 15thor 16thsomeone made unauthorized entry into a veterinary clinic by breaking a side window. Once inside the suspect(s) broke into a locked safe and stole numerous controlled substances.

Location: Grazing Elk Road and Camino Cerrado, Pojoaque N.M.
Arrested: Dominic Anaya, 18-year-old male from El Rancho N.M.
On 07-16-16 Mr. Anaya was stopped after he was observed driving a gray BMW erratically at the above location. He showed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest after a DWI investigation was conducted.

Location: Residence on Chicoma Vista, Santa Fe N.M.
Arrested: Michael Sugarman, 65-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 07-15-16 Mr. Sugarman battered a family member during an argument. Deputies were called to the scene, conducted an investigation and arrested Mr. Sugarman on the above charge.

Deceased: 25-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 7-15-16 Deputies responded to a residence on Metate Way after receiving a call stating a male at that location hung himself, while live streaming his suicide via social media. Deputies did find the male deceased in the residence. There were no signs of foul play.
