On Monday, August 8, 2016 at approximately 11:23pm, Deputies responded to the area in reference to damage to multiple vehicles. Four vehicles in the area had one window broken as well as one window to a residence. Unknown suspect(s) broke the windows. Investigation is ongoing.

Victim reported that he met a friend at the rail runner station and followed him back to the above listed location at which time two unknown males approached his vehicle, pointed a gun at him and demanded the above listed items. Subjects then fled on foot. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Vicki Jagger-Tye, 69-year-old Female from Santa Fe N.M.
Deputy was dispatched to US 84/285 near mile marker 183 in reference a reckless driver. The vehicle was located near mile marker 175 on the southbound lane unable to maintain lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted on said vehicle. Above subject admitted to consuming an alcoholic beverage. SFST's were administered, which she showed signs of impairment. Subject blew a .20 and .18 Brac. Subject was booked accordingly.

Charges: Resisting or Obstructing an Officer, 3 Bench Warrants
On 08/07/16 the above individual was observed riding a motorcycle on Avenida Vista Grande. The above individual had three active warrants for his arrest. Deputy Romero attempted to stop the motorcycle at which time the above individual fled into the open space area in an attempt to avoid apprehension. Deputy Romero was able to follow the motorcycle tracks on foot and found the above hiding behind bushes. The above individual was placed under arrest and booked accordingly on the above charges.

On 08/06/16 at 3:31 am Deputy was dispatched to the above location in regards to a possible intoxicated driver. Santa Clara Tribal PD was out with the vehicle. During the investigation the driver showed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. A breath test was conducted with a result of .11/.10 BrAC. Driver was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. The vehicle was seized as per the Santa Fe County Seizure Ordincance
