On 01/14/17 the victim reported between January 4th and January 5th of this year, an unknown person used an expired credit card to attempt to purchase a Dell computer. The victim was contact by Dell, requesting a confirmation on the order. However, the victim reported he did not purchase a new computer. The value of the computer was $1,000.00. Suspect information is pending at this time.

On 01/14/17 the above individual was contacted on State Road 106 near Shady Lane. It was determined the above subject had an active bench warrant, charging him for Failure to Appear. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly.

On 1-13-17 at approximately 9:45pm Deputies responded to a call of a domestic disturbance at the above location: They contacted the victim who had sustained an injury to their face. The victim stated a family member struck them in the face with a metal pipe during an argument. The victim was transported to the hospital. The suspect fled the scene prior to Deputies arrival. An arrest warrant was obtained for the suspect.

The above individual was booked without incident into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

On 01/13/17 Deputies conducted a welfare check on a vehicle located on State Road 14 by the NM Corrections Department. While making contact with the occupants of the vehicle, it was learned the above individual had a warrant for his arrest issued out of Ector County Texas. The original charge out of Texas was Unlawful Carrying of a Deadly Weapon. The above subject was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office.
