Deputies responded to the report of a single vehicle crash. The vehicle had crashed into a culvert and the driver had fled the scene. The suspect was located lying under a tree in a ditch. The suspect was found to be highly intoxicated. The suspect was transported to St. Vincent's hospital were a legal blood draw was taken. The suspect was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. During his arrest the subject verbally abused the arresting deputy by calling him several names which cannot be repeated in this narrative.

Between 10:30 AM and 3:00 PM, unknown subjects removed the aobve listed property from the above listed residence. Value of items is $478.97. Case is under investigation.

On the above date, the victim reported he noticed fraudulent charges on his Visa card dating back to November 2015. The victim believes his son maybe responsible for the charges, due to the charges being made in California. The victim estimated 100 fraudulent charges have been made totaling $12,000.00.

Charges: False Imprisonment, Battery, Interference with Communications, Disorderly Conduct
On Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at approximately 3:22am, deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Once on scene it was learned that the victim and suspect are friends and had been involved in a verbal argument. The argument turned physical when the suspect battered the victim. Suspect removed the phone from the victim's hands when the victim tried to call for help. Suspect also prevented the victim from leaving. Suspect was yelling and disturbed the peace of other patrons at location during the incident and investigation. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. No one received any life-threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

On 06-27-16 the victim reported his 1998 Jeep Cherokee burglarized while it was parked at the trail off of Richards and Avenida del Sur. The victim reported he left the window down, and when he returned the window was pushed down. Once inside the vehicle the suspect(s) removed the above items. Suspect information is pending.

On 06/27/16 the victim reported sometime between May 15th, 2016 and June 1st, 2016, her cabin was burglarized and items were stolen from inside and outside the cabin. The victim stated a former tenant may have taken the items prior to leaving. Suspect information pending and this case is active.

Arrested: Sharon Sanchez age: 49, Sonia Quezada age: 43, and Irvin Mayfield age: 50
On 6-27-16, Santa Fe County RECC advised of a stolen motor vehicle, which was take from the above location. It was reported that the vehicle had just been stolen and a BOLO was sent out. The above vehicle was observed traveling southbound on NM 599 by Deputies. A traffic stop was conducted and the vehicle was stopped on the West Frontage Road at Camino Debra. The above suspects admitted to taking the truck without permission from the owner. The suspects were booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center and booked accordingly.
