Victim reported that he received a call from an unknown male claiming to be an attorney representing his grandson who had been in a motor vehicle crash. Unknown male asked for several thousand dollars and advised to obtain gift cards and call him back with the numbers. After obtaining the gift cards, a total of $3,000 in card numbers were given. Case is under investigation.

On above date Deputy was dispatched to Serena Rd. in reference to a damaged gate. Upon arrival Deputy found a damaged automatic gate with damages estimated at $1,000.00. Green transfer paint was observed on the gate. There are no witnesses or suspects at this time. Case is under investigation.

On the above date Deputy was dispatched to US 84/285 and West Gutierrez in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival Deputy observed slurred speech, bloodshot watery eyes and smelled an odor of an alcoholic beverage on the above suspect. Suspect was transported to St. Vincent's Hospital for injuries and issued a criminal summons for DWI and Careless Driving.

Location: State Road 502 and Serna Lane, Pojoaque N.M.
Arrested: Patricio Serna, 60-year-old male from Pojoaque N.M.
On 11-15-16 Mr. Serna was observed driving a Tan Toyota car and weaving in and out of his lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted and he displayed signs of intoxication. After a DWI investigation was conducted Mr. Serna was placed under arrest and submitted to a breath test. Test results showed his breath alcohol concentration to be over the legal limit. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Suspect: Kodi Wheeler -28 - Santa Fe, NM
Charges: DWI – Stop Sign
The suspect was observed failing to stop for a stop sign at the intersection of Dinosaur Trail and Rancho Viejo. A traffic stop was made on the vehicle at the dead end of Bisbee Court. When asked what he was doing there the suspect stated “I’ve been, I’ve been drinking”. The suspect showed impairment during the Field Sobriety Test. The suspect had reading of .25 and .23 on an intoxilyzer test. The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. Due to a previous DWI the suspect’s vehicle was seized as per Santa Fe County Ordinance.

On today's date, deputies responded to the victims home in reference to a Larceny. Upon speaking with the victim. It was learned that numerous pieces of jewelry were noticed missing from the residence between late September and mid October of this year. No suspect information is available at this time.

Victim reported sometime on today's date between 7:50am and 11:00am, unknown suspects gained unlawful entry into the residence through the rear window and stole the above mentioned items. Case is still under investigation.

On Monday, November 14, 2016, at approximately 11:06pm, a correctional officer was punched in the face by the suspect. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. No one received any life-threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

Between 11:30 pm on November 12, 2016 and 12:30 pm on November 13, 2016, unknown suspect took the above listed vehicle without permission from the above listed residence. Value of the vehicle is $1,200. Case is under investigation.
