Location: State Road 14 and at San Marcos Loop
Arrested: Lee Sanchez Jr. 57-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 06-02-16 at about 10:30pm Mr. Sanches was observed traveling north on State Road 14 driving a black Chevrolet S-10. He was observed swearving in and out of his lane. A traffic stop was conducted and a subsequent DWI investigation revealed he was driving while under the influence of alcohol. He was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Location: Lopez Lane North of Rufina Street
On 06-02-16 at about 10:30pm the victim reported they were traveling north on Lopez Lane when the driver of a vehicle in front of them shot a gun at the victim's vehicle. The victim described the vehicle as a dark blue Mitsubishi Lancer. The victim's vehicle was not struck by the bullet.

Location: SF County Road 74 @ St Road 592
Arrested: Bernie Martinez, age 50 SF, NM
A passerby informed deputies of a vehicle driving in reverse on CR 74. Depuites located the vehicle on a dirt mound. Deputies spoke with the driver who had an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his breath. SFST's were administered and the driver showed signs of impairment. A check of the suspect's drivering history revealed he had four prior DWI's. He was arrested and booked into ADC, without incident.

Suspect: Paul Chavez – 19 - Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Possession of Marijuana / Possession of Controlled Substance
Deputies responded to a report of a domestic disturbance and made contact with the above suspect. During the investigation the suspect was found to be in possession of Marijuana and Xanax. The suspect stated that he did not have a prescription for either.
The suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charges.

Items taken- purse, jewlery, electronics and credit cards
Between 12:00 pm and 3:00 pm unknown subjects gained forced entry into a 2014 Toyota Camry and took the above listed items. Value of items and damage is $1,850. Case is under investigation.

Person Arrested- Cynthia Funsch-Sena 49 yo Santa Fe
Deputies were sent to the above area regarding a suspicious vehicle. Upon making contact with the above listed person, she was found to be in possession of glass pipes used to smoke narcotics. Subject was booked accordingly.

Items Stolen: US Currency
On 6-1-2016 the victim reported that unknown persons enetred her home sometime between 12-noon and 10:30 pm. She stated the person entered into her home through the living room window and stole the items which were in the bedroom. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Molly P Long, age 60
Deputies reponded to the above location in regards to a Motor Vehicle Crash. Upon arrival deputies learned the above driver had consumed alcohol. Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were conducted and the driver was impaired and arrested for DWI. She was transported to ADC without incident.
