Suspect: Michael Amaya Age: 36 Chimayo
Michael Amaya was arrested for Aggravated DWI after he was found passed out behind the wheel of a 2008 Ford Fusion with the vehicle running and in gear. He showed signs of impairment and refused chemical testing. He was in possession of a handgun and was also charged with Negligent use of a Deadly Weapon.

Victim reports 4 male sujects attacked him outside of his home and during the scuffle he was stabbed in the chest with an unknown pointed object. Injury was not life threatening. Case is under investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to the above area, in reference to an assitance with ambulance. Upon arrival, medics attempted to revive the indivdual, but were unsucessful. The victim had recently been diagnosed with a terminal illness. No foul play is suspected, case is under investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to the Santa Fe County jail in reference to a warrant service. Deputies served two arrest warrants on the above suspect, for failure to appear out of magistrate court. The suspect was rebooked on the warrants.

Location: Johnson Mesa, Santa Fe, NM (Rancho Vejio Area)
Victm reports at the above location she recieved an email from her daughter on October 5, 2015 to buy weight loss supplements. Victim indicated she started to imput her info into the website and stopped midway. She contacted her daughter and found out she never sent the email. The information was stopped and deleted. Victim then found a transaction in the amount of $199.54 taken out of her account. Case still pending further investigation.

Location: Cities of Gold Rd. - Pojoaque
Arrested Person: Bobby Pacheco – 37 – Santa Fe, NM
Pojoaque Tribal Police located the above suspect who was intoxicated and wet from being out in the rain. A check of the suspect’s identification showed that he had an outstanding bench warrant for failure to pay fines and costs – Original charge was for Disorderly Conduct.
Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on a $ 473.00 bond.

Suspect: Ryan Martinez Age: 26 Hernandez NM
Inmate Ryan Martinez was found to be in possession of a small amount of Heroin while encarcerated. He was charged accordingly.

Arrested: Madeline Romero, age 55, Santa Fe, New Mexico
Deputies were dispatched to the above vicinity in reference to a single vehicle accident. During the course of the investigation, Deputies learned the above subject had an active bench warrant out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court. Subject was arrested and transported to Santa Fe Adult Detention Center where she was booked accordingly.

Arrested: Yvonne Martinez, age 47 Santa Fe, NM
Depuites were dispatched to the above locaton in reference to a motor vehicle. When depuites arrived they spoke with the driver of the vehicle. While speaking with the driver, deputies detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emiting from the drivers breath. SFST's were administered and the driver showed signs of impairment. The driver was arrested and charged with the above charges.
The vehicle was seized in pursuant to Santa Fe County seizure ordinance.

Location: Tres Familia Lane ( Arroyo Seco)
Stolen: 32" flat screen tv and a pellet rifle.
Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a residential burglary. Upon arrival the victim reported an unknown person entered the residence between 2:45pm and 5:15pm today. The suspect removed a television and a brown pellet rifle. Case is still under investigation.
