Arrested: Benjamin Martinez 19 YOA, Espanola
Deputies responded to a welfare check of a disabled motor vehicle. Upon receiving the call Dispatch advised deputies the subject sounded as if he was under the influence. Upon arrival Deputies made contact with the above driver and saw signs of impairment. Standard Field Sobriety Tests were conducted which also showed signs of impairment. Driver was arrested, was read Implied Consent and transported to St. Vincent's Hospital for a legal blood draw. Martinez was booked into the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center without incident.

At 2:00 pm this date, homeowner arrived home to find suspects vehicle parked in front of the residence. Suspects were still on scene but fled the area. Law enforcement was called and a traffic stop was initiated on the suspect vehicle. Juvenile suspects were taken into custody.

On the above date and time the victim reported her residence had been Burglarized on October 1st, 2016 between 6:30pm and 9:30pm. The unknown suspect(s) through an unlocked rear door. Once inside the residence the above items were taken. Suspect information is pending at this time.
