On 07-21-16 between the hours of 6:30pm and 7:30pm someone broke the passenger side window of the victim;s 2011 Hyundai and stole a bag containing the above listed contents from the passenger seat.

Arrested: Raymond Martinez, 33-year-old male from Lakewood Colorado
On 07-21-16 at about 9:45pm the defendant was traveling east on State Road 502 when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a rock wall. Further investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol. He admitted to drinking 6 alcoholic drinks prior to driving and an open bottle of beer was located in the vehicle. He was placed under arrest and a legal blood draw was performed at Los Alamos Hospital.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location regarding a single vehicle crash. Upon investigation, it was determined that the above listed person was texting while driving and was under the influence of alcohol. She was booked accordingly.

Arrested: Cassandra Lucero, 33-year-old female from Albuquerque N.M.
On 07-19-16 an off duty Santa Fe Police Officer observed the defendant operating a 2016 GMC SUV reckless on Interstate 25. The defendant was swearing in and out of traffic and drifting off the shoulder while traveling at approximately 100 miles per hour. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle and the defendant/driver showed signs of impairment. A DWI investigation was conducted and the defendant was subsequently arrested on the above charges.
