On 02-03-16 Mr. Foley was involved in an altercation with a family member. Durring the altercation he battered the family member. He was arrested on the above charge.

On 02-02-16 at about 10:00pm Ms. Holmes-Leyba was involved in a physical altercation with a family member in which she battered the family member. This occured while her and the victim were traveling on the interstate in a vehicle. She was arrested on the above charge.

On 2-2-16 Deputies were dispatched to the above area regarding a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival it was learned that the victim sustained injury from a battery. The suspect was found and arrested without incident.
