Above subject was observed operating a motor vehicle on the shoulder on I-25 in the early morning hours on today's date with no headlights or taillights. During the traffic stop, Deputy learned the about subject was operating the motor vehicle with a revoked driver's license pursuant to 66-8-122G. Subject was arrested and charged accordingly.

On July 25, 2016 Deputies were dispatched to above area in reference to a Burglary in Progress. Victim stated she went to check the mail and came back home and heard a noise in the garage. Victim observed suspect in her garage near the bikes. She yelled at the suspect and he left the area with her daughters pink bike. Suspect was located and arrested. Bike was returned to the victim.

On 07-25-16 the victim reported sometime between 07-24-16 and today, an unknown suspect(s) forced entry into his residence. Once inside the residence the above items were stolen. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Suspect: Jorge Gameros – 37 - Chamita, NM
Charges: Possession of Controlled Substance – Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Defendant was observed on video at the Valero gas station smoking a Pyrex Pipe and packing it with a green leafy substance. Defendant acknowledged the green leafy substance was Marijuana.
A check revealed that defendant also had an active warrant. Defendant was placed under arrest for Possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and the arrest warrant. The defendant was transported to the Santa Fe County Detention Center where he was charged and booked accordingly.
