Location: 200 block of County Road 84 (Jacona)
A Structure fire on County Road 84 was reported at 9:26 p.m. The fire was discovered by an off-duty Pojoaque Tribal Police Officer on his way home. A male victim was found sitting on the steps to the mobile home that was on fire. The male, who suffered burns to his back, neck and arms (50%) was carried to an ambulance by an off-duty Los Alamos County Firefighter, who lives across the road.
The mobile home was completely destroyed by the fire.
A State Fire Marshal responded to the scene but was unable to determine the cause of the fire at this time due to the extensive damage.
The victim was last reported to be in critical but stable condition after being transferred to UNMH in Albuquerque.

Deputies stopped the above driver for careless driving. Upon contact it was learned that the driver showed signs of impairment. SFST's were conducted and the driver was placed under arrest without incident. The driver agreed to a breath test per the New Mexico Implied Consent Act, .23/.23

Deputies were dispatched to the above address reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon investigation it was found that the above person had battered his girlfriend. Subject was arrested and booked accordingly.

Deputies were dispatched to the vicinity of Calle Teofanio in reference to a hit and run crash. During the investigation, Deputies located the vehicle within the above location. Upon making contact with the driver, Deputy detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from his person. SFST's were conducted on the driver, which he showed signs of impairment. The driver was arrested and agreed to submit to a breath test. The results of the testing were .21, .22 BrAc. The driver was transported to jail where he was booked accordingly. In addition, the above subject was currently on probation, which he was arrested on a arrest order out of New Mexico Adult Probation and Parole.

Location: Santa Cruz Lake Road, Santa Fe, NM, 87522
Santa Fe Sheriff Office Deputies responded to a welfare check to the area of Santa Cruz Lake Road. Friends were concerned due to them not hearing from a subject that lives at an address in the area. Deputies arrived on scene and located the 52 year old male subject with no signs of life. The male subject appeared to have been at that location overnight. There were no immediate signs of foul play at the seen. Santa Fe County Criminal Invesigations Detectives arrived to the scene. OMI was also called to the scene. This case remains under investigations

Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arriving they located the driver who displayed signs of impairment. During the investigation, the driver submitted to sobriety testing in which she displayed several clues. The driver was arrested and agreed to chemical testing. The results of the testing were .17, .16. The driver was transported to jail where she was booked accordingly.

Santa Fe County Sheriif's Deputies responded to a reported larceny. Contact was made with the victim who stated suspect(s) took a ring from within the victims home. The victim believes the suspect(s) were someone who had permission to be in the home. This case remains under investigations.

Arrested Person #1: Antonia Montowine – 29 – Santa Fe, NM
Arrested Person #2: Rebecca Green – 27 – Santa Fe, NM
Mr. Montowine was found highly intoxicated in a park/playground area with three children ages 5, 7, and 10. Mr. Montowine became uncooperative with an Off-Duty Santa Fe City Police Officer who asked him to leave the area because he was not a resident there. Mr. Montowine became unruly to the extent that he took all of his clothes off and was exposing himself to everyone that drove by. During the confrontation with the Santa Fe City Officer Mr. Montowine told the children to run away, which they did, placing them in a dangerous situation due to traffic conditions.
A welfare check was conducted on the children who were now with Mr. Montowine’s wife, Rebecca Green. Ms. Green was also found to be highly intoxicated and admitted leaving the children with Mr. Montowine at the park.
Both subjects were arrested on child abuse charges and a referral was made to the Children, Youth and Families Department.
