Arrested:

              Luciano Mendoza- Pecos, NM- 31 years of age (Rec/Transferring a stolen motor vehicle, driving revoked and possession of drug paraphernalia)

               Diana Zamora- Santa Fe, New Mexico- 28 years of age (Possession of drug paraphernalia)

Deputies conducted a traffic stop near the above location after the license plate of the vehicle was ran through DMV. The vehicle inquiry showed the vehicle was stolen from Albuquerque, NM. The occupants of the vehicle were interviewed and it was determined that Mr. Mendoza, the driver had knowledge that the vehicle was stolen, he was driving on a revoked drivers license and drug paraphernalia was in his immediate control inside the vehicle. The front passenger, Ms. Zamora was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. The vehicle was taken out of NCIC as stolen and returned to the registered owner. The two suspects were charged and booked accordingly.

Victim reported to deputy that on this date between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:30 pm, unknown persons forced entry into the home and stole the listed type of items. Case is under investigation

Arrested: Marco Perea-Rivas          Espanola,NM      Age: 30

Listed subject was stopped by deputies after he was reported to be driving recklessly. Upon contact with the driver, signs of Impairment were detected. Sobriety tests were administered and driver was arrested. Driver submitted to chemical testing with the results being .17, .16. Driver was taken to jail.

On Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at 5:30 PM, Deputy made contact with the victim. Victim reported that they were unable to file their taxes because an unknown suspect had already filed taxes using their information.

Victim reported to deputy that a local hospital contatced him stating while he was at the hospital, there another individual who had obtained his information and used his information at another hospital. Case is under investigation.

Deputies responded to a medical assist call and discovered a 79 year old man had passed away from waht appears natural causes.  No foul play suspected.

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to an Identity Theft/Fraud. Victim reported that an unknown person(s) changed his on-line bank  account information and attempted to make several charges in Toronto, Canada. The bank was able to Flag the account to prevent any further fraudulent charges. Case remains under investigation.

A Mario Juarez (Job site Foreman) reported that sometime between 03-30-15 and 03-31-15 and unkown person(s) stole an air conditioner condensor unit from a residence at the above location. The unit was installed on the exterior of the residence which is currently under construction. The estimated value of the unit is $1000.00.
