Deputy was dispatched to the above location regarding an intoxicated male. Upon making contact it was found that the male had a controlled substance with out a prescription as well as marijuana. Subject was taken into custody and booked accordingly.

On 04-11-16 Mr. Gallegos was arrested on a bench warrant. While being booked into the Santa fe County Jail a small amount of Methamphetamine was found in his wallet.

Charges: Battery Against a Household Member, False Imprisonment, and Interference with Communications
Victim reports at the above location she was involved in a verbal argument with the above suspect. The argument lead to the above suspect holding the victim down by her arms and not allowing her to get up away from him. Above suspect then took the phone away from the victim as she attempted to call 911 numerous times. Victim had marks on her arm that was consistent with her statements. Above suspect was arrested and booked on the above charges without further incident.

Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office responded to an address on Caja Del Rio Road, Santa Fe, County Sheriff's Deputies arrived on scene and made contact. Victim stated on April 09, 2016 the victim was parked at an address on Caja Del Rio between the hours of 4:45-5:00pm. Victim left the vehicle and returned shortely after. Victim reported finding her vehicle and been burglarized. Electronics were taken from within the vehicle. This case remains under investigation.

Deputies made contact with the victim who reported that suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the victims home. Nothing was reported stolen at this time. The scene was canvassed for evidence.This case remains under investigation.

Arrested: Abe Herrera, 30-year-old male from El Rancho N.M.
On 04-09-16 at about 2:20am a traffic stop was conducted on Mr. Herrera's Nissan Altima because he was swearving in and out of his lane of travel. He showed signs of intoxication and was placed under arrest after conducting field sobriety tests. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on the above charges.
