On 04-08-16 Ms. Ordonez battered a family member and assulterd them with a screwdriver during an argument.

On Friday, April 8, 2016 at approximately 9:18pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a motor vehicle that had been stolen from the location. It was learned an unknown suspect(s) had removed the vehicle from the location without the consent of the owner. Investigation is ongoing.

Suspect: John Baca, 54, Santa Fe, NM
On Thursday, April 7, 2016 at approximately 10:35pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. During an argument the suspect battered the victim. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. The victim did not suffer any life threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

On Wednesday, April 6, 2016 at approximately 9:19pm, deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. It was discovered that the domestic was verbal only and no one had been battered. Suspect was located and provided multiple names and dates of birth. Suspect was later identified and placed under arrest. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Victim stated that between February 24, 2016 and April 3, 2016 unknown subjects attempted to open a credit card using victims personal information. Case is under investigation.

On this date Deputy was dispatched to the above location. Upon meeting with the victim, it was found that between the hours of 3:00 pm and 7:30 pm subject(s) damaged a fence and took the above items from the porch. Value of items is $1,500. Case is under investigation.

Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to an address on Sparrow Way in reference to a reported identity theft. Deputies arrived and made contact with the victim who reported that suspect(s) used the victims identity to file for taxes. The victim reported that he had not completed the years taxes yet. This case remains under investigation.

Arrested: Valerie Grogan Age: 42 Santa Fe,NM
Deputies were dispatched to the area of Interstate 25 milepost 264 in reference to a possible intoxicated driver. Deputies located the vehicle which was described and observed traffic violations. Deputies initiated a traffic stop and contacted the driver. The driver displayed signs of impairment and was arrested. The driver refused to submit to chemical testing and was transported to jail where she was booked accordingly. The vehicle that the driver was operating was seized in accordance with Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5 amended 2013-5.
