Suspect / Arrested Person: Kevin Romero
Suspect was involved in a violent domestic with his girlfriend. Both the suspect and his girlfriend had been consuming alcoholic beverages. The domestic became heated to the point that the suspect punched his girlfriend in the face to the extent that she blacked out. Santa Fe County Medics transported the girlfriend to the hospital to be treated for her injuries.
The suspect was arrested and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility where he was booked for Battery Against a Household Member.

Suspect: John Gulas Age: 57 Santa Fe
John Gulas was arrested for Aggravated DWI after being stopped for a traffic lane violation and showing signs of impairment. A Breath Test revealed that his BrAC was .16 or greater. He was charged and booked without incident.

Stolen: Jewelry, Dell Laptop, Apple Ipod, Cash and Coins
Deputies responded to above location in regards to a residential burglary. When deputies arrived the victim told them between the hours of 8:30 am and 2:00 pm, an unknown person gained entry into the residence. The above items were taken from the residence, this case is still under investigation. No suspects have been identified.

Santa Fe County Sheriff Deputies responded to an address on County Road 102 in reference to a burglary. Contact was made with the victim who stated on July 15 he noticed forced entry into his home. The victim did not notice until todays date that electronics were misssing from withiin his home. This case remains under investigation.

Arrested: Vanity Baca, 27 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87532
Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center in reference to a reported inmate found in possession of a narcotic. Contact was made with staff who advised during a pat down search of the above listed inmate a suspected narcotic was located. The suspected narcotic was tested by Deputies at which time the substance did test positive for a narcotic. The inmate was charges accordingly.

Victim: Female, 33, Santa Fe, NM
Suspect: George Musmacher, 52, Santa Fe, NM
On Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at 6:31 am, Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Suspect battered the victim during an argument. Suspect then left the area. Victim did not suffer any life threatening injuries. Suspect has a warrant for his arrest.

On this date, deputies were dispatched to the above address. Upon investigation, it was determined that the victim had used his debit card at the above location. Between the dates of July 20 and July 21 unknown subjects made five unauthorized transactions in the amount of $614.75. Case is under investigation

The suspect, an inmate at the Adult Detention Facility, was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance after a detention officer found him to be in possession of a strip of Suboxone.

Contact was made with the victim who advised Deputies that sometime between March 2015 and July 2015 suspect(s) unlawfully took multiple firearms from within in his home. The victim believes the firearms were stolen from someone who had permission to me at his home. This case remains under investigation.

Contact was made with the victim who advised between July 27, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. and July 28, 2015 at 9:00 a.m. suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the victims vehicle. Once entry was gained suspect(s) took US currency and various personal items of the victim. This case remains under investigation.
