Arrested: Salvador Guerrero-Delgado, 30-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 12-07-15 at about 1:00am the defendant was observed traveling south on US 84/285 failing to maintain his lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver showed signs of impairment. After a DWI investigation was condcuted the defendant was placed under arrest. The defendant submitted to a breath test, which showed his breath alcohol concentration to be over twice the legal limit. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Arrested: Michelle Harpstrite, 53-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.
On 12-06-15 Ms. Harpstrite struck a household member in the head with a walking stick during an argument. She was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Location: 100 Block of Camino Cerro Chato, Madrid NM (Madrid Area)
Deputies responded to the above location in reference to an ambulance assist. A 54 year old male was found unresponsive and not breathing hanging in a shed. There were no signs of foul play or trauma. OMI took over the scene. Case still pending further investigation.

On the above date the above suspect was stopped for speeding. The driver was found to be operating his pickup on a revoked license for a previous DWI. Arrested without incident, vehicle siezed.

On Saturday, December 5, 2015 12:32am, vehicle was observed failing to maintain it's lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted and the driver was identified as the suspect. Driver displayed signs of impairment and submitted to the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. Driver displayed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest for DWI. Driver was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory and agreed to submit to testing. Driver submitted to a breath test and the driver's breath alcohol content was above 0.08. Driver was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Suspect: Ronald Miller Age:54 Santa Fe
Ronald Miller was arrested for Assault against a Household Member after deputies responded to a domestic dispute and learned Miller had damaged the bedroom door and displayed menacing behavior toward a household member. He was also charged with Criminal Damage to Property of a Household Member.

Victm reports that unknown person gained unlawful entry into a 2005 Chrysler 300 around 3:15am at the above location. Entry was gained through an unlocked door. Once inside the above items were taken. Case still pending further investigation.

On Friday, December 4, 2015 at 2:28am, Deputies responded to location in reference to a residential burglary. An unidentified suspect(s) entered the residence and removed an Apple computer, laptop computer, DVD player, and a Nintendo Wii video game system. Suspect(s) damaged a 70" television while inside the residence. Unknown how entry was gained into the residence. Investigation is ongoing.

On Thursday, December 3, 2015 at 11:40pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a physical domestic. Suspect and victim had gotten into a verbal argument and during the argument, suspect battered the victim. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. Victim did not receive any life threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

On Thursday, December 3, 2015 11:05pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a motor vehicle accident. Vehicle went off the road after driver was unable to maintain it's lane of travel and ended up rolling over. Suspect, who was the driver admitted to drinking prior to driving. Driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested for DWI. Driver refused to submit to chemical testing. Driver did not receive any life threatening injuries as a result of the accident. Driver was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
