On Thursday, February 4, 2016 at 4:26am, Deputy responded to location in reference to a suspect who was inside the garage. A vehicle inside the garage was left in disarray by the suspect. Suspect fled the scene after victim located him. Investigation is ongoing.

On 02-03-16 the victim reported they allowed their ex girlfriend to use the above minivan a few days ago and now the ex girlfriend is refusing to bring the minivan back.

Arrested: Christopher Foley, 48-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 02-03-16 Mr. Foley was involved in an altercation with a family member. Durring the altercation he battered the family member. He was arrested on the above charge.

Arrested: Mariah Holmes-Leyba, 19-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.
On 02-02-16 at about 10:00pm Ms. Holmes-Leyba was involved in a physical altercation with a family member in which she battered the family member. This occured while her and the victim were traveling on the interstate in a vehicle. She was arrested on the above charge.

On 2-2-16 Deputies were dispatched to the above area regarding a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival it was learned that the victim sustained injury from a battery. The suspect was found and arrested without incident.
