Victim reported between 9:30 am and 4:30 p.m. unknown persons entered their residence and stole multiple items of jewelry from inside. Case is under investigation.

Charges: Battery on a peace Officer
Correction Officer reports while attempting to assist the above inmate up who was sleeping, the inmate bit the Officer on the forearm. Correction officer sustained a minor bite injury. Suspect was re-booked and charged on the above charge without further incident.

Victim reported on today's date (10-30-2015) between 6:00am and 3:00pm, unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into their vehicle through the passenger window while the vehicle was parked and stole above mentioned items. Case is under investigation.

On Friday, October 30, 2015 at 12:53am, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate who had been found in possession of a controlled substance. Suspect was found in possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Friday, October 30, 2015 at 12:24am, Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Suspect and victim got into a verbal argument. Suspect them battered the victim. The victim did not receive any life threatening injuries as a result of this incident. Suspect was arrested, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe County Asult Detention Facility without incident.

On Thursday, October 29, 2015 at 11:42pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Suspect went to residence and victim advised suspect via text message to leave the area. Suspect forced entry into the residence and began arguing with victim. Victim called 9-1-1 and the suspect took the phone away from her. Suspect is the ex-boyfriend of the victim. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Deceased: 44yoa male
Deputies responed to an unresponsive male at the residence. Upon arrival the male had been taken to Espanola Hosptial. Once at the hospital it was learned that the victim had passed away on the way to the hospital. There were no signs of foul play.
