Suspect: Devell Devoual  Age: 32, Albuquerque, NM 87114

Suspect battered victim and would not allow victim to leave. Suspect left on foot. Suspect was located near the area and placed under arrest. Suspect also was arrested on a unrelated warrant for similar charges, out of another jurisdiction. Victim had visible injuries and was treated at the scene by medical staff. Suspect charged and booked accordingly without incident into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Arrested: Zuleika Jaramillo, 34 years of age, Espanola NM 87532

During the course of an unrelated case, the above stated individual's drivers license was checked and it was found that she had a warrant for arrest out Rio Arriba Magistrate Court. The female was arrested and bokked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention facility without incident.

Location: 4000 block of NM Hwy 14, Santa Fe, NM 87507

Arrested: Shawn Riley, 40 years of age, Los Lunas, NM 87031

On today's date, during a close patrol of the above location; Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies came across a suspicious vehicle in the area. Contact was made with the driver of the vehicle. An odor of alcohol was detected on the driver and the driver displayed signs of impairment. The driver refused chemical testing and was arrested for aggaravted DWI. The driver was charged and booked accordingly without incident into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Arrested: Jannelle Valdez        Age: 27         Espanola,NM

Deputy responded to location after inmate was found to have in her possession a controlled substance. The substance was recovered and inmate was re booked accordingly with the additional charge.

Deputies responded to location in response to an activated alarm. Upon arival, deputies along with the owner discovered the home to have been forced open. Case is currently being investigated.

Location: US 84/ 285 Milepost 274    Santa Fe

Arrested: Carlos Gonzales      Age: 20         Dixon,NM

Deputies responded to the area of Pojoaque in reference to a male forcing a female into a vehicle and driving from the location. A short time later, deputies located the vehicle traveling south on US 84/285 and observed the two parties still fighting. Contact was made with the suspect and he was arrested after he was interviewed about the incident. Suspect taken to jail.

Arrested: Jose Mendez-Mendez, 22 years of age, Stanley, New Mexico 87506

Deputies responded to a report on a wrong way driver at the above location. Contact was made with the driver. Signs of impairment were noted and the driver subsequently had a breath/alcohol level over twice the legal limit allowed by law. The driver's registration on his vehicle was also suspended. The driver was arrested and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Victim reported to Deputy that today between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 p.m. Unknown persons forced entry into the home and stole the listed type of items. Case is under investigations.

Suspect:  Pedro C. Perez, 37 Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Aggravated DWI, Careless Driving, Display of Registration, Mandatory Proof of

                 Financial Responsibility

On Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at 9:23 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location and failed to maintain a single lane of travel.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Breathalyzer Test.  The suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request.  A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the registration displayed on the vehicl;e should have been displayed on a Nissan. 


0214016856 / Burglary, Larceny, Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle / 10-21-14

Location: Residence on La Junta Del Alamo (Agua Fria Area)

Stolen: Xbox 360 and silver Mac laptop computer.  Total value of $700.00

Stolen/recovered vehicle: silver in color 2007 Nissan Armada valued ay $19,000.

Victim reported someone entered his home during the night time hours of 10-20-14 through a window and stole the above property including the keys to the victim's fathers vehicle.  The suspect then stole the above vehicle.  It was involved in a hit and run crash at 10:21PM on Rodeo Road.  Today 10-21-14 the vehicle was located parked behind the T Mobile store on Cerrillos and Rodeo Road.  It sustained heavy damage from the crash.  Suspects are pending further investigation.
