Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a larceny. Deputies learned the victim had left his generator covered with a tarp on a concrete slap, under a table. This morning the victim noticed the generator was missing. Case is still under investigation and no suspects have been identified.

Charges: Battery Against a Household Member; Resisting, Evading or Obstructing an Officer
On Friday, November 6, 2015 at 9:05pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. It was discovered that the suspect had battered the victim after arriving home intoxicated. Victim did not receive any life threatening injuries as a result of the battery. Suspect tensed up and pulled away from deputies as they were trying to take him into custody. Suspect also refused to follow any instructions given by deputies. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Suspect: Bernie Trujillo, 47, Santa Fe, NM
On Thursday, November 5, 2015 at 10:40pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to the suspect and victim having been involved in a fight. Suspect battered victim, causing victim to have a bloody lip and a broken bone. Victim's injuries were non-life threatening. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Deceased: 72 yoa male (Santa Fe)
A 72 year old male was found deceased at his residence after 911 was called when he was located by friends unresponsive. Investigation revealed the male had multiple medical conditions he was suffering from and the death appeared to be of natrural causes.

On this date, deputy responded to a single motor vehicle rollover at the above location. Upon arrival, the above suspect admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages and was found to be impaired. In addition, the above suspect's driver license was suspended. The above suspect was placed under arrest and booked into Santa Fe Adult Detention Center accordingly. At this time, blood results are pending

Victim reported sometime today between 2:30pm and 2:45pm, unknown suspect(s) gained forced entry through the west glass door of the residence and stole above mentioned items. Case is under investigation

Arrested: Leroy Roybal, 49yoa male Santa Fe
Deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to two people asleep in a vehicle while parked at the gas pumps. Contact was made with the above suspect who appeared under the influence of a controlled substance. During the investigation, the above suspect was found to be in possession of a controlled substance to wit; Cocaine, and drug paraphernalia. In addition, the above suspect had an active bench warrant for failure to appear out of Santa Fe Municipal Court. Suspect was arrested and booked without incident.

Deputy was dispatched to the above location in reference to a three vehicle crash. During the course of the investigation, Deputy learned that the above suspect was following to close and left the scene of the accident. Deputy located the suspect in the vicinity of Coriandor Road and arrested him. The above suspect was charged and booked accordingly at the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center.
