Location: Old Las Vegas Highway- Santa Fe County
Deputies responded to the above location in reference to an auto burglary. The victim states between 4:30pm and 8:00pm on Sunday May 24, 2015 unknown person(s) gained unlawful forced entry into the the their vehicle. A purse with credit cards and a cellular phone was stolen from the interior of the vehicle. This case is currently under investigation.

Vehicle: 2006 Blue Lexus Car
Suspect: Antoine Corrales, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Possession of a controlled substance, to wit: Heroin, Aggravated DWI, Possession of drug paraphernalia
On Sunday, May 24, 2015 at 5:01 PM, Deputies responded to location in reference to a male who was in the driver's seat of the vehicle, unresponsive. While Deputies were on the way to the location the driver woke up and started the vehicle. Deputies made contact with the driver and the driver showed signs of impairment. Driver was placed under arrest. Driver was found in possession of Heroin along with a syringe. Driver was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory and refused to submit to chemical testing. An inquiry of the driver's criminal history revealed he had a prior DWI. The vehicle was siezed under the Santa Fe County Ordinance number 2006-5. Driver was booked into the Santa Fe Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Suspect: Silvino Ochoa, 42, Albuquerque, NM
On Saturday, May 23, 2015 at 5:05 PM, Deputy observed the vehicle traveling on I-25. A check on the vehicle registration was conducted and the MVD return showed that the registered owner's driver's license was revoked. The vehicle was stopped and the driver was identified as the registered owner. A driver's license check was conducted by Santa Fe Regional Dispatch, which confirmed the driver's license was revoked. Driver was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. The vehicle was siezed pursuant to the Santa Fe County Ordinance number 2006-5.

On Saturday, May 23, 2015 at 8:00 PM, Deputies responded to location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. An unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the vehicle by breaking one of the windows. Suspect(s) moved several items inside the vehicle and it is unknown at this time if anything was removed.

On Saturday, May 23, 2015 at 8:00 PM, Deputies responded to location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. An unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the vehicle by breaking one of the windows. Suspect(s) removed the car battery from the vehicle.

Victim reports 2014 Toypta pick-up entered through unlocked door and a Springfield .40 cal hand gun is reported missing. Also stolen from the property is a 2006 Polaris 4wheeler and a 1997 Yamaha RT off-road motorcycle. Vehicles and gun entered into NCIC as stolen. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Roybal, Isaac F.; 25 years of age; Santa fe, New Mexico 87505
Deputies responded to the above location in reference to an intoxicated and disorderly male. It was reported that the suspect was running down the halls of the hotel knocking on doors. Contact was made with the suspect and he became beligerent. Buffalo Thunder Casino/ Resort served the suspect with an "Exclusion" from the resort and the suspect became verbally aggressive, loud, using profane language which disrupted the establishment. The suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.
