Arrested: Frankie Lovato, 37-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 05-20-15 at about 10:11PM a traffic stop was conducted on the above defendant for following too close and a turn swignal violation. The defendant was found to be under the influence and placed under arrest for DWI. He refused to submit to a chemical test and was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on the above charges.

On 05-20-15 between the hours of 8:15PM and 10:05PM someone broke out the passenger window of the victim's 2010 Subaru and stole the victims purse from inside.

Stolen: Various electronics, miscellaneous jewelry
Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to an address on Don Bernardo Street in reference to a reported burglary. Contact was made with the victim who stated on todays date between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the victims home, once entry was gained the suspect(s) took various electronics and miscellaneous jewelry from within the home. The scene was processed for evidence. This case remains under investigation.

Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a residential burglary. While in the residence the unknown suspects took a flat screen T.V., entry was made through a unsecured door. The television was valued at $900.00. Case is still under investigation.

Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a residential burglary. Unknown suspects used a knife to pry open the door to the residence, while inside the suspect stole a laptop computer valued at $200.00. Case is still under investigation.

Charges: Driving while license revoked, Driving on roadways laned for traffic, Possession of a controlled substance, to wit: Suboxone
Vehicle: 1995 Purple Plymouth Voyager
On Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at 4:02 PM, Deputy observed the vehicle drive off of the roadway and onto the shoulder. Vehicle continued on the road after correcting itself. Deputy stopped the vehicle which was driven by the suspect. Suspect returned with a revoked driver's license after an MVD inquiry was done and was placed under arrest. Driver was taken to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility and while being booked, was found in possession of a controlled substance. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. Vehicle was seized under Santa Fe County ordinance 2006-5.

Suspects forced entry into location by removing a window and removed electronic items from location. Suspects were located near the area and were taken into custody. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Deputies responded to the jail regarding a narcotics violation. During the search of the above suspect, Correctional Officers located a clear plastic baggie being concealed on the suspect. The susbstance field tested positive for Heroin, the suspect was rebooked on the above charges.

Derek Salazar was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia after the paraphernlia was discovered during a traffic stop. He was booked without incident.
