On Friday, May 22, 2015 at 4:31 PM, Deputies responded to location in reference to assist the Santa Fe Police Department in a Larceny Case the Santa Fe Police Department was handling. Victim was able to track the vehicle to the area by pinging one of the items that had been removed. Deputy stopped the vehicle after positively identifying the vehicle as the suspect vehicle. Suspect provided a false name and date of birth and was in possession of some of the property that had been removed from the victim's possession. Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult detention Facility without incident.

Vehicle stopped for speeding and driver was found to be driving on a Revoked License from a prior DWI arrest. Driver was arrested and vehicle was seized in accordance with Santa Fe County DWI Seizure Ordinance.

Stolen: Undisclosed amount of cash
Deputies rsponded to the above location in reference to a robbery. A male suspect entered the restaurant and removed an undisclosed amount of cash from the safe. No employees were injured during the robbery. Case is still under invesstigation.

Description: 5'0; 120lbs; Brown hair; Brown eyes; wearing a dark grey hoodie and blue shorts.
Deputies responded to the juveniles residence to assist Santa Fe City Police Department in a missing person recovery (Found). Ten minutes after deputies/officers left the residence, the juvenile ran away again. Its believed the juvenile may be with her boyfriend. The juvenile was entered into NCIC (National Crime Information Center database) and the Juvenile Probation Office was notified.

Location: New Mexico Highway 14/ Milepost 40 (Northbound) Santa Fe, New Mexico 87508
Arrested: Nicks, Cimone; 26 years of age; Albuquerque, New Mexico
Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a reckless driver in the area. Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputy Jasmin Lopez located the vehicle matching the description of the reckless driver and contact was made with the driver. Deputy Lopez observed signs of impairment and requested DWI/Traffic Enforcement Dep. Cullison to the scene. The driver displayed signs of impairment during field sobriety testing and agreed to chemical testing. Once the driver was asked to give a breath sample, she refused.
The vehicle had several opened containers of alcohol inside the cab, the driver did not have a license and could not produce valid insurance for the vehicle. The driver was arrested and booked on the above stated charges.

Santa Fe Sheriif Deputies responded to an address in El Rancho New Mexico in reference to a reported criminal damage. Deputies arrived and made contact with the victim who stated that suspect(s) broke a lock to a door and gained access to a structure. Nothing was reported missing from the structure. This case remains under investigation at this time.

Arrested: Victor Chavez-Lemus, 49-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 05-21-15 at about 10:00PM the above defendant was observed driving a Toyota Corolla, faling to maintain his lane of travel at the above location. A traffic stop was conducted and subsequent investigation revealed the driver was under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on the above charges.

Arrested: Robert Samuel 23 years old, Santa Fe, NM 87507
Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to the area of East Frontage Road in reference to a reported domestic dispute. Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies arrived and made contact with the victim who stated she and her boyfriend got into a verbal arguement. Shortly after the arguement escalated to a physical battery at which time the suspect unlawfully applied force to the victim in a rude or insolent manner. The victim had signs of a battery. The victim also stated that she and her boyfriend ( Robert Samuel) also unlawfully took her phone. The suspect was located in the area and was given orders by deputies to stop. The suspect fled on foot a short distance before he was taken into custody without further incident. The suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

On 05-20-15 at about 8:00PM the defendant was observed driving his vehicle at 105mph in a posted 75 mile per hour zone on I-25. He was also observed weaving in and out of his lane. A traffic stop was conducted and he was found to be under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on the above charges.
