Deputies responded to the above location in refrence to a burglary in progress. Deputies apprehended two female occupants of a vehicle near the above location. A passenger who fled was later located at his residence. Evidence at the scene revealed the three individuals involvement in the burglary and the rest of the charges listed. All three individuals were charged and booked accordingly.

The above defendant was being booked into the Santa fe County Adult Detention Facility when correction guards located a plastic syringe in the defendants personal affects and she was later found to be in possession of a brown tar-like substance that field tested positve for heroin. The defendant was arrested on the above charges and booked accordingly.

Deputies stopped a suspicious vehicle at the above stated location. Contact was made with the driver and the driver displayed signs of impairment. The driver was arrested for DWI and did not submit a breath test and was subsequently charged and booked with aggravated DWI.

Charges: Theft of Credit Card, Fraudulent Use of Credit Card, Theft of Identity, Conspiracy, Larceny.
On Saturday, January 31, 2015 at 6:39 PM, Deputies responded to location in reference to suspects returning to location who had taken a purse on Saturday, January 17, 2015. The male suspect was seen on video removing a purse belonging to the victim, walking out with the female suspect and handing it to the female suspect after exiting the building. Male suspect admitted to taking the purse and said he was with the female suspect at the location on Saturday, January 17, 2015. Male suspect admitted to using a credit card to make purchases. Suspects did not have any of the items in question on their person and advised they did not have the items anymore. Both suspects were placed under arrest and were transported and booked into the Santa fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Saturday, January 31, 2015 at 7:49 PM, Deputies responded to location in reference to a not conscious, not breathing male. Medics at the scene were unable to revive the male. The male had prior medical history and there were no signs of foul play. Next of kin was at the location.

The above stated driver was stopped by deputies, contact was made with the driver who had an odor of an alcoholoc beverage emitting from his expelled breath and person. The driver displayed signs of impairment. A breath htest was administered and the driver gave breath samples that were over twice the legal. (.16). The driver was charged and booked accordingly.
