On Saturday, May 23, 2015 at 8:00 PM, Deputies responded to location in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. An unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the vehicle by breaking one of the windows. Suspect(s) removed the car battery from the vehicle.

Victim reports 2014 Toypta pick-up entered through unlocked door and a Springfield .40 cal hand gun is reported missing. Also stolen from the property is a 2006 Polaris 4wheeler and a 1997 Yamaha RT off-road motorcycle. Vehicles and gun entered into NCIC as stolen. Case is under investigation.

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to an intoxicated and disorderly male. It was reported that the suspect was running down the halls of the hotel knocking on doors. Contact was made with the suspect and he became beligerent. Buffalo Thunder Casino/ Resort served the suspect with an "Exclusion" from the resort and the suspect became verbally aggressive, loud, using profane language which disrupted the establishment. The suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

On Friday, May 22, 2015 at 4:31 PM, Deputies responded to location in reference to assist the Santa Fe Police Department in a Larceny Case the Santa Fe Police Department was handling. Victim was able to track the vehicle to the area by pinging one of the items that had been removed. Deputy stopped the vehicle after positively identifying the vehicle as the suspect vehicle. Suspect provided a false name and date of birth and was in possession of some of the property that had been removed from the victim's possession. Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult detention Facility without incident.

Vehicle stopped for speeding and driver was found to be driving on a Revoked License from a prior DWI arrest. Driver was arrested and vehicle was seized in accordance with Santa Fe County DWI Seizure Ordinance.

Deputies rsponded to the above location in reference to a robbery. A male suspect entered the restaurant and removed an undisclosed amount of cash from the safe. No employees were injured during the robbery. Case is still under invesstigation.
