Victim reported his residence was burglarized between the dates of May 27, 2014 and May 28, 2014. The suspect(s) forced entry by breaking a glass door to the residence. The suspect(s) entered and removed the above items. The suspect(s) caused approximately $700.00 in damage to the glass door.
The items stolen were valued at about $965.00

On Tuesday, May 27, 2014 at 12:51 AM the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at a residence at the location. The altercation turned physical when the suspect punched, kicked and scratched the victim. The victim declined medical attention for his minor injuries.

On Monday, May 26, 2014 at 11:50 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location and failed to stop for a posted stop sign. When given a visual command to stop the suspect turned off the vehicle's head lamps and attempted to flee. The suspect was unable to maintain a single lane of travel. The suspect parked the vehicle at a residence in 4100 block of Agua Fria Street and fled on foot. The suspect was found hiding in the backyard of the residence. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater. The suspect was found to be in possession of a .410 gauge shotgun, which was unloaded. There was an open bottle of Jack Daniels located on the left floorboard of the vehicle.

Arrested: Tanivarose Lopez 19 yoa female Tesuque NM
Charges Concealing ID, Possession of drug paraphernalia
On May 25,2014 a traffic stop was conducted in reference to a speed violation. During the course of the stop several items consistent with drug use were located. Ms. Lopez gave a false name and was found in possession of drug paraphernalia, and had two active warrants for her arrest. She was arrested.
Mr. Rivera was also found to be in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. During a routine search of his wallet at Santa Fe County Detention Center, Mr. Rivera was found to be in possession of several credit cards that did not belong to him. Mr. Rivera was booked into Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to an opened door. Upon arrival they located an opened door which had been damaged and forced open. Nothing appeared to be taken. Case is under investigation.

Victiim reported on 5-25-14 between 12:00 pm and 5:30 pm unknown suspects entered the residence by forcing entry to the front door. Once inside the suspects stole the above listed items. Investigation is on-going.

On May 26,2014 above suspect traveled into a DWI checkpoint. During contact with suspect he was found to be intoxicated. Suspect performed SFST's and displayed signs of impairment. Suspect was arrested and submitted to a breath test which revealed a breath alcohol content of .14, .13. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Burglary
On Monday, May 26, 2014 while conducting an investigation of another incident information was revealed leading to the discovery of a burglary at a bussiiness at the location. Suspects #1 and #2 utilized an unknown item to shattered the glass to the front door. Once entry was gained Suspects #1 and #2 removed a key box and a checkbook from the location. Suspects #1 and #2 caused an estimated $24,000.00 in damages to the business. Both suspects and the vehicle were located at a residence on Agua Fria.
