Deputies were dispatched to the victim's address in reference to an alarm. Upon arrival forced entry was found and investigation revealed between 10:30 &10:43 am an unknown person had stolen a dirt bike from the garage. Investigation is on-going.

Victim reported while hiking in the Arroyo Hondo Open Space between 10:00 am and 11:00 am his vehicle was entered and the above items were stolen.

Arrested: Manuel Ochoa, 43-year-old male from Espanola N.M.
On 05-28-15 at about 6:00PM a traffic stop was conducted on a blue in color Ford Crown Victoria car after the driver was reported to have been involved in an argument and brandished a knife at an establishment off Airprot Road. The driver, Mr. Ochoa would not comply with Deputies orders and was subsequently Tased. After he was taken into custody he was observed to be displayiong signs of intoxication and refused to submitt to chemical testing. Several open Budweiser beer cans were located in his vehicle. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail on the above charges.

Location: Residence on Vuelta Ventura in the Tierra Real Mobile Home Community
Stolen: Various mnens watches, $800 in loose change, purses, credit cards and jewelry. Total value of $3,870
On 05-28-15 the victim returned home from a vacation and discovered someone entered their home by breaking a bathroom window and stole the above listed items. The burglary occured between 5-22-15 and 05-28-15.

Jamaine Urioste Age: 28 Santa Fe,NM
Deputies initiated a traffic stop with the above suspects after observing a traffic violation. Contact was made with the occupants and they were found to have in their possession, a controlled substance. The above suspects were arrested and taken to jail where they were booked accordingly.

Deputies were dispatched to the residence in reference to a possible domestic. On scene investigation revealed the suspect had battered his girlfriend by hitting her head against a floor. Suspect was located and refused to speak to deputies. Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center without further incident.

Arrested: Gabriella Martinez, 38 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87505
Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies stopped a vehicle for a traffic infraction. Contact was made with the above listed suspect. A drivers license check showed the driver was operating a motor vehicle while her privileges were revoked to do so. The driver was arrested accordingly without incident and transported to the Santa Fe County Detention where she was booked.

Arrested: Brandon Wendt, 25 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87507
Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to an apartment at the above listed location in reference to a reported violation of a protection order. Contact was made with the victim who stated her ex-boyfriend violated the protection order by going to her home. The suspect was contacted and evidence was collected showing the suspect did violate the protection order. The suspect was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Detention Center where he was booked accordingly.
