Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a burglary. The victim reported between the evening of November 1 and the morning of November 2, his barn door had been damaged and tools had been taken. The victim also stated his vehicle was rummaged through.

Arrested Guerrero Figueroa Munoz 30 YOM
Contact with the subject was made during a traffic stop where he was the driver and attempted to flee on foot. Deputies confirmed he had a warrant for his arrest for failure to appear, with the original charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon on a household member. He was taken into custody and booked into Santa Fe ADC.

Arrested: Jesus Trevizo (Velarde) 70 yoa male
Tesuque Police requested SFSO to assist with a person that was stopped for a traffic violation. Upon arrival Deputy learned the subject's privilege to drive was revoked due to a DWI conviction. He was booked without incident.

Vehicle: BLK 2005 Teske 5x9 with diamond plate deck, loading ramp
Deputies were dispatched to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle in reference to a utility trailer. The reporting party stated sometime between 10/31/2024 at 10:00 AM and 11/1/2024 at 7:00 PM an unidentified suspect(s) stole the above trailer from the location . The trailer had an unknown license plate from Illinois. No further information at this time.

Deceased- 58 year old male (Arroyo Seco)
Deputies were dispatched in reference to the caller finding their neighbor deceased. Upon investigation, no foul play was observed. OMI was called to the scene to conduct their investigation.

Driver was found passed out at the wheel in the road. Driver had an odor of alcohol and admitted to drinking. He started field tests, then refused during testing. Driver also refused a breath test and was arrested.

Location: Southard Rd Santa Fe, NM
Deputy dispatched to location in reference to an unresponsive female. Once on scene, CPR was performed with no results. It was learned decedent suffered from health issues. No signs of foul play observed or suspected.
Case #2024005819 // Criminal Damage and Battery Against a Household Member - 10/30/2024

Location: Redondo Ct.
Arrested: Kenneth Blake (24 YO)
Deputies responded to the address in reference to a domestic disturbance. Investigation revealed the suspect got into an altercation with his mother and during the altercation, punched a hole in a wall, threw a drill into another wall causing it to get lodged in the wall, and shattered the victims cell phone. The suspect also pushed the victim on the ground causing her to hit her head. Suspect was found asleep in his vehicle in the front yard, was non-compliant with Deputies but eventually taken into custody and charged accordingly.

Subsect was arrested on two warrants and while being booked. A crystal like substance was located on her belongings. Subject was arrested and booked into SF ADC with out incident.

Victim: CU Anytime
Deputy repsponded to area for an alarm at the ATM. Once on scene it was learned unknown suspects cut the security post and attempted to cut open the ATM. The suspects were unable to retrieve money but caused approximately $80k in damage. Case is under investigation.
