Arrested: Raymond Ramirez (24 yoa male Santa Fe NM)

Deputies were dispatched to the above area in reference to assistance with the ambulance. Once on scene deputies discovered a domestic dispute had taken place. Investigation revealed the above suspect had punched his girlfriend in the face with a closed fist multiple times. Suspect had also dropped a table on the victim and prevented the victim for calling for help by taking away her phone. Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center without further incident.


Case # 0215006475 Burglary Auto 05-02-15

Location: Bar D Four Road (Arroyo Seco)

Stolen:9 car batteries

Victim reported between 5-1-15 and 5-2-15 an unknown person gained entry onto his property. Once on the property the suspect(s) unlawfully entered several vehicles and stole car batteries. Case is under investigation.


SFCSO Case #0215006503/ Driving while revoked/ 05-02-2015

Location: US 84/285- Santa Fe County

Arrested: Allison, Joey; 51 years of age; Espanola. NM 87532

Deputies came into contact with the above stated driver while at a DWI Checkpoint. A drivers license inquiry was conducted and it was found that the driver's licese was suspended/revoked (Arrest clause attached) for a prior DWI. The driver was arrested and his vehicle was seized in accordance with SFC ordinace. The  driver was arrested and booked without incident.


SFCSO Case # 0215006459/ Residential burglary and Larceny/ 05-01-2015

Location: Paseo galisteo Santa Fe, NM 87508

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a residential burglary. Between the hours of 7:20am and 6:30pm on Friday May1, 2015 unknown suspect(s) entered the above residence unlawfully and while inside, the stole four (4) rifles, a sword and a builder's level valued at $2300. At this time, no suspects have been located or identified. This case is currently under investigation.


SFCSO Case # 0215006454/ Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to property and Fraudulent use of a credit card/ 05-01-2015

Location: 3000 block of Calle Maria Luisa Santa Fe, New Mexico 87507

Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Between the times of 7:00pm and 8:50pm unknown person(s) unlawfully entered the victims vehicle parked in the parking lot at this location. Force was used to enter the vehicle by breaking a window and while inside the vehicle, the suspect(s) stole a purse, credit cards, a drivers license and a cellular phone. The suspect(s) used one of the credit cards at a local gas station. No suspect(s) have been located or identified in this matter. This case is currently under investigation.  


SFCSO Case #0215006463/ Shooting at an occupied dwelling/ 05-01-2015

Location: Las Estrellas Rd, Santa fe, NM 87507

Deputies responded to the above area in reference to a call of shots fired. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the complainant who stated on this date an unknown vehicle drove into their drive way, exited their vehicle and fired ten (10) rounds into the residence and two vehicles in the driveway. No suspects were identified at this time, the vehicle could not be described and this case is currently under investigation. 


SFCSO Case #0215006469/ Criminal Sexaul Contact of a Minor/ 05-02-2015

Location: Central Santa Fe County- Lone Butte area

Arrested: Carillo-Castanon, Omar; 32 years of age; Santa fe, NM 87508

Deputies responded to a call in regards to a possible criminla sexual contact of a minor, under 13 years of age. An investigation was conducted and probable cause was found to believe the above suspect listed engaged in sexual contact with a minor under the age of 13. The suspect was arrested on the above charge and booked accordingly.


SFCSO Case # 0215006468/ Battery against a house hold member/ 05-2-2015

Location: 5000 block of Airport Rd. Santa Fe, New Mexico 87507

Arrested: Rosa, Kelmin; 37 years of age; Santa Fe, NM 87507

On the above stated date, deputies responded to the above call for service that was in reference to a domestic dispute. The victim states her and her boyfriend were engaged in a verbal altercation. Once the two went to sleep, the victim advised the suspect reached over and placed his hands around her throat in an attempt to "strangle" her. The victim had injuries consistent with the force placed around her neck (Hand marks around her throat and redness in the area of her throat). The suspect was located and arrested on the charge of battery against a household member. The suspect was booked accordingly without incident.


0215006445 / Aggravated DWI / 5-1-2015

Location: Aster Way - Avenida Eldorado

Suspect: Richard Romero:         Age: 46       Santa Fe,NM

Driver was stopped by Deputy after the driver commited a traffic violation. Upon contact with the driver, signs of impairment were observed. Field Sobriety tests were administered and impairment was detected. The driver was arrested and submitted to chemical testing with the results being .24 / .23. The vehicle driven by the suspect was seized per Santa Fe County Ordinance. The driver was taken to jail.

Items Stolen: Purse, Phone, Jewelry

Victim reported to Deputy that on this date he parked his vehicle at the establishment while he and his passenger went for a hike. Victim stated upon his return he noticed that unknown persons forced entry into his vehicle and stole the listed items. Case is under investigation.
