On Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at 7:54 PM the suspect was the right front seat passenger in a suspicious vehicle parked at a residence at the location. The suspect was found to be in possession of a brown tar substance, suspected of being Heroin and a metal spoon containing suspected Heroin residue.

The above inmate was suspected of possessing contraband. A search of the inmate revealed he was in possession of suspected heroin and suboxone. He was charged accordingly.

On Monday December 16, 2014 Santa Fe County Deputies responded to a reported burglary that occurred at the above listed location. Deputy Lopez arrived and was advised that an inmate from the facility forced entry into a secure location within the jail. Once inside the inmate took several things of value. The facility was able to provide evidence of the crime. The inmate was re-booked and charged with burglary.

Walt Lovato was arrested for Aggravated DWI and Evaiding after he was involved in a short pursuit on I-25 from San Felipe Reservation. Tribal Officials began the pursuit and Lovato was located by Deputies at Milepost 274 in Santa Fe County. His B.A.C. was .16 or greater and was booked accordingly.

Arrested: Lawrence Martinez, 29-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 12-11-14 the suspect entered the victim's shed and removed items placing them at another location on the property. On 12-12-14 the suspect returned to steal the items and was confronted by the homeowner who had armed himself. The suspect fled the area on foot. He was located and pursued on foot by deputies for a short distance until he was captured. Upon completion of the investigation the suspect was arrested accordingly.
