On Thursday, April 30, 2015 at 12:43 PM, Deputy responded to location in reference to a residential burglary. An unknown suspect(s) entered the residence by forcing open a door (causing damage) and removed a safe containing documents, cash, and jewelry.

Victim: Female, 33, Santa Fe, NM
On Thursday, April 30, 2015 at 1:23 PM, Deputy responded to location in reference to an unidentified suspect trying to gain entry into the victim's residence. An unidentified suspect battered the victim and tried to push the victim into her residence. Suspect was not able to gain entry into the victim's residence. Victim received non life threatening injuries as a result of the battery.

On Thursday, April 30, 2015 at 5:08 PM, Corporal responded to location in reference to a person in possession of a controlled substance. Suspect was found in possession of Suboxone and a syringe. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Victim reported to deputy that she had recieved a call from an unknown male claiming to be a relative needing money. Victim stated she did send the money then realized that she may have been defrauded out of her money. Case is under investigation.

Victim reports between 4/27/15 and 4/29/15 the barbed wire fence to victim's property was cut and a tool shed was entered. Various tools including a generator are reported mising. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Esfandi, Michelle; age: 24; Santa fe, NM 87507
Deputies responded to a domestic dispute at the above location between a mother and daughter. The mother and daughter got into a verbal altercation over the daughter being loud. The mother stated the daughter pushed her onto the couch and when the daughter was questioned in regards to the allegation, she admitted to pushing her mother. The daughter (suspect) was arrested on the above charge and booked without incident.

On Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at 2:19 PM, Deputy responded to location in reference to the suspect being found in possession of a controlled substance. Suspect was found in possession of a brown tar like substance that field tested positive for Heroin. Suspect was also found in possession of Suboxone. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
