Arrested: Sean McConnell - age 48, Albuquerque, NM

On April 6, 2015, deputies responded to the above location regarding a burglary. Several other burglaries occurred in the same time frame  with the same suspects identified by the victims. The suspects were located and apprehended after a search of the area. The vehicle they were driving also was found to be stolen out of Albuquerque. Both suspects were booked into ADC and the stolen property was recovered and returned to their owners.

Stolen: US Currency

    Santa Fe County Sheriff Deputies responded to an address on Caliente Road in reference to a reported burglary. Contact was made with the victim / complainant who advised between April 4th at 6:30 pm and April 5th  at 8:45 a.m. suspect(s) gained anlawful entry into the location, once entry was gained suspect(s) took US curreny from the within the location. This case remains under investigation.

SFCSO Case #0215004981/ Runaway Juvenile/ 04-06-2015

Missing: Jenney Martinez; 5'5, 150lbs, brown eyes, brown hair, has a scar under her right eye and scars on both arms. Wearing, black volleyball shorts with reflective stripes, a "Santa Fe High" volleyball t-shirt, a Nike draw string backback.

Deputies responded to a report of a juvenile female that had gotten into a verbal altercation with her mother on today's date. The juvenile's mother states she then left the residence. A search of the area was completed but she was not located. The juvenile was entered into NCIC as a runaway juvenile 

SFCSO Case #0215004971/ DUI, Aggravated assault and Criminal damage to property/ 04-05-2015

Location: W. Alameda/Entrada Road- Santa Fe County

Arrested: Apodaca, Joseph; 35 years of age; Santa Fe, New Mexico 87507

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a aggravated assault with a motor vehicle and criminal damage to property. The victim notoced damage to his vehicle and asked the suspect if he hit his vehicle and the suspect stated, "No." the suspect then drove his vehicle into the direction of the victim narrowly missing him. The suspect fled the scene and was located. The suspected admitted to operating his motor vehicle during the time of the incident. Deputies detected an odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the suspects breath and person. The driver admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages prior to operating his motor vehicle. Field sobriety tests were administered and signs of impairment were observed the suspect was subsequently arrested for DUI. The suspects vehicle was also seized due to having a prior DUI.

Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, victim stated that the suspect had struck her several times during an argument. Suspect was located and admitted to striking the victim. Suspect was arrested and transported to jail where he was booked accordingly

0215004939 / Aggravated DWI, Careless driving / 04-04-15

Location: Avenida Vista Grande and Enebro Place

Arrested: Gabriela Chavez, 23-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.

On 04-04-15 at about 10:30PM the above defendant was involved in a motor vehicle crash at the above location.  Further inevstigation revealed the driver was intoxicated.  She was placed under arrest on the above charges.
