On Monday, March 2, 2015 at 9:30 AM the suspect was found to be in possession of a syringe while at the location. The syringe contained a brown liquid substance which tested positive for heroin.

Between 5:30 PM on Fridaay, February 27, 2015 and 8:30 AM, Monday, March 2, 2015 person(s) unknown, utilizing unknown means gained entry to a residence at the location by forcing open a door. Once entry was gained, person(s) unknown removed miscellaneous construction equipment from the residence which is being re-modeled. Person(s) unknown also removed a cargo trailer which was parked next to the residence.

Santa Fe County Sheriff Deputy Tony Romero, at the above location observed a vehicle that could not maintain its lane of travel. Deputy Romero conducted a traffic stop at the above location. Contact was made with the driver and an odor of alcohol was detected. The suspect agreed to Standardized Field Sobriety testing and signs of impairment were observed. The suspect agreed to a breath test where he registered a breath sample over the legal limit. The suspects driving history showed three (3) prior DWIs. The driver was charged and booked on the above stated charges without incident into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Arrested: Geoffrey Crumm, 42 years of age, Santa Fe, New Mexico 87508
Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Contact was made with the suspect at his hotel room and he advised that he and his fiance got into a verbal altercation. The victim was not located in the room but deputies located her within the hotel. The victim had apparent injuries and advised that her fiance (Suspect) attacked her and and physically battered her in their hotel room. Evidence was collected and it was determined that the suspect was the main aggressor in the altercation and he was subsequently arrested on the above charge. The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Saturday, February 28, 2015 at 6:06 AM the suspect was utilizing a gaming machine at the location. The suspect became upset and struck the front of the machine with the side of his hand. This caused the glass screen to shatter. The estimated cost of damge to the gaming machine is $1,200.00. The suspect was located on the premise by security and he was subsequently taken into custody.

On Friday, February 27, 2015 at 12:17 PM the suspect was found to be in possession of a clear, plastic bag containing a brown in color, tar like substance. A field test of the subtance tested positive for heroin.

Thursday, February 26th Detectives with the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office served a search warrant on a residence within Santa Fe City. The search warrant was in regards to a male individual (Schaffer) who was producing false documents to include checks and debit/credit cards. The search warrant was served without incident and the above listed arrested and interviewed. Evidence was collected and additional charges are pending.

On Thursday, February 26, 2015 at 5:24 PM, Deputies responded to location in reference to an unresponsive female. Caretaker had a DNR order for the deceased. Deceased had an extensive medical history. OMI was notified and arrived at the scene. There were no signs of foul play and next of kin was on scene.

On Thursday, February 26, 2015 at 5:46 PM, Deputies responded to location in reference to Burglary of two automobiles. Victim advised that sometime between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM, an unidentified suspect(s) entered two unlocked vehicles on the property and opened the hoods of both vehicles. Unknown suspect(s) removed car parts from the vehicles and damaged both vehicles when the car parts were removed.

Suspect after being booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility battered three corrections officers. None of the corrections officers received any life threatening injuries. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
