Stolen: camo Wireless Spypoint Camera, camo security box, yellow/ black Master lock.
Victim reported that sometime between July 10, 2014 and August 20, 2014, an unknown suspect stole the above items that were near the gate at the intersection of Ridge Road and Shaggy Peak Trail
The above listed items stolen were valued at about $565.00.

Deceased: 40 yoa male Espanola New Mexico
Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a male who was unconcious and not breathing. Upon arrival Mr. Serna was found to have passed away. No foul play was observed on scene.

On August 21th Deputies responded to the residence located 3121B Jemez Rd in reference to an after the fact burglary that had occurred. During the course of the investigation it was found that the unknown suspect had entered the residence through an open window. While in the residence the unknown suspect removed several electronic items.

On August 21th Deputies responded to the residence located 313A State Road 76 in reference to an after the fact burglary that had occurred. During the course of the investigation it was found that the unknown suspect had entered the residence through an un-locked side door. While in the residence the unknown suspect removes numerous power tools and misc. fishing equipment.

On August 20, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Chimayo. Contact was made with the driver at which time it was discovered that the driver had an active and valid arrest warrant. Driver was arrested at which time a narcotic was located on the driver. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Arrested: Pablo Quintana 42 years old, Santa Fe, NM 87506
On Wednesday August 20, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to the area of State Road 503 in reference to a reported motor vehicle crash. Contact was made with the above listed driver. An odor of alcoholic beverages was detected. SFST's were administered. Driver showed signs of impairment, driver was arrested and transported for a blood draw. Driver was eventually transported to the Santa Fe County Detention Center where he was booked accordingly.

On Wednesday August 21, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to the area of Cottonwood Mobile Home Park in reference to a reported burglary. Upon Deputies arrival contact was made with the victim who advised that suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into his home. Once entry was gained suspects took electronics from within the home.
