Deputies responded to the above area in refrence to a reckless driver. Deputies found a single vehicle crash in the area and the above stated subject in control of the vehicle. The driver displayed signs impairment and the driver subsequently submitted to a chemical breath test and registered samples more than twice the legal limit, .16 or higher. Open alcohol containers were located inside the vehicle during the investigation. The driver was subsequently arrested on the above charges and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Victim: Female, 33, El Paso, TX
On Saturday, February 14, 2015 at 4:29 PM, Deputies responded to location in reference to an unresponsive female. Victim struck a tree while skiing. Attempts to revive the victim were unsuccessful. The Office of the Medical Examiner was notified and responded to the scene. There were no signs of foul play and next of kin was notified.

Suspect: Maria Mejia, 28, Velarde, NM
On Saturday, February 14, 2015 at 3:20 PM, Deputies responded to location in reference to an inmate who was found in possession of suspected Suboxone. Suspect had been an inmate since Thursday, February 12, 2014 and was found in possession of suspected Suboxone during a pat down on Saturday, February 14, 2015. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Friday, February 13, 2015 at 3:33 PM, Deputies responded to location in reference to a Burglary. Unknown suspect(s) gained entry into the residence by prying open one of the doors to the residence, causing damage to the door. The unknown suspect(s) removed jewelry and loose change from the residence.

On Thursday, February 12, 2015 at an unknown time, person(s) unknown made two transactions at facilities at the location. The two transactions totaled $500.00 and were debited from the victiom's bank account.
0215002226 / Dwi, Open container, failure to dim headlights / 02-12-15

Location: Santa Fe County Road 73 (Tesuque area)
Arrested: Frank Griego 59 years old from Santa Fe, NM 87574
On Thursday January 12, 2015 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputy J. Lopez observed a vehicle commit a traffic voilation and cross the center line. A traffic stop was conducted at which time the driver admitted to consuming alcohol. Alcoholic beverages were also observed. Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputy C. Cullison arrived on scene and conducted SFST's. Deputy Cullison observed signs of impairment on the driver identified as Frank Griego. Mr. Griego was placed under arrest. Mr. Griego's vehicle was seized accordingly due to 1 or more priors. Mr. Griego was transported for additional testing. After the additional testing Mr. Griego was taken to the Santa Fe County Detention Center where he was booked accordingly.

Stolen: 1 U.S. Department of the Treasury pension check
On 02-11-15 thye victim reported someone stole her pension check from her mailbox, forged her signature and cashed it at a local bank in Santa Fe. The check amount was over $2,500.

Deputy conducted traffic stop for speeding and discovered driver, Frankie Garcia was driving while license is revoked for prior DWI. Vehicle was seized pursuant to SF Co. DWI Seizure Ordinance. Garcia was booked withoput incident.
