Arrested: Rafael Rivera 21 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87507

  On February 6, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to an address on Calle Corazzi in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon Deputies arrival contact was made with the victim. Victim advised she got into an argument with her husband. The argument became physical when her husband (above lsited) touched the victim in a rude, insolent or angry manner. The suspect was located and palced under arrest without incident. The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Arrested: Clifford Acuna, 25yoa male, Santa Fe

The above subject was located on the East Frontage Road when it was learned that he had an active arrest warrant for Resisting, Conspiracy and Armed Robbery. Suspect was arrested without incident and booked into ADC.

Location: Sunflower Drive, Santa Fe, NM, 87507

Victim: Female    Age:79

 Sanat Fe Sheriffs responded to an address on Sunflower Drive, Santa Fe, NM in reference to an ambulance assist. Deputies arrive on scene and were advised by medics that the victim showed not signs of life. Victim  reportedly battled a lengthy battle with an illness. No signs of foul play were located at the scene. This case remains under investigation.

Items Stolen: Electronics

Vicitm stated that on 2-5-2014 between the hours of 6:00 pm and 7:00 om, unknown persons forced entry into the vehicle and stole the listed items. Case is under investigation.

Location: 3991 Camino Juliana, Santa Fe, NM (Airport Road)

Arrested: Cheryl Carbajal

On the above date, Deputy conducted a traffic stop at the above location with the suspect. During the course of contact with her it was found that she was impaired by an intoxicant. Driver was unable to complete field sobriety test. Suspect was arrested and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.

Victim reports that an unknown suspect opened an account with a DVD company in her name and charged $135.70. No suspects at time. Case is still under investigation.

Victim: Female       Age:50 years old

 Deputies responded to Horton Road in reference to a female unconscious female. Medics arrived and did ot find any signs of life on the victim. Investigations was called to scene. This case remains under investigation..

Stolen: 2008 Dodge Ram Silver in Color Total Estimated Value: $12,500.00

Victim reports at the above location the above vehicle was taken.  The vehicle was taken sometime between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. by unknown persons.  Vehicle was entered into NCIC as stolen.  Case still pending further investigation.

Victim reported to Deputy that a person she knows is believed to have been stealing jewelry from her home since the summer time of 2013. Victim gave information for the suspect and case is under investigation.
