Arrested: Amelia Gabaldon 19 yoa female (Santa Fe)
Victim reported as he attempted to break up with his girlfriend she became upset with him and would not allow him to leave her residence. Suspect blocked her doorway and would not allow the victim to leave. After allowing victim to leave the room, suspect then sat on the hood of victim's vehicle and would not allow him to leave in his vehicle. Suspect was arrested and booked without further incident.

Deputies were dispatched to a domestic disturbance. Investigation revealed suspect had became upset with his girlfriend and battered her. Victim Suspect was arrested and booked without further incident.

On Monday, February 9, 2015 at 4:30 PM, Deputies responded to location in reference to a residential burglary. An unknown suspect(s) entered the residence through a window and removed electronic items and jewelry from the location. There were no signs of forced entry.

Between an unknown time on Thursday, January 29, 2015 and an unknown time on Friday, February 6, 2015 person(s) unknown utilizing unknown menas gained entry to the rear door of a residence at the location. Once entry was gained person(s) unknown damaged the interior of the residence. Person(s) unknown also removed the kitchen faucet and water heater.

Susptect: Brenda Rodelas, 35, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Battery against a household member
On Sunday, February 8, 2015 at 12:43 PM Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Victim and suspect were involved in a verbal argument that later got physical.Suspect struck the victim in the face and suspect admitted to striking the victim. There were no life threatening injuries as a result of this incident. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Sunday, February 8, 2015 at 10:13 AM deputies and EMS responded to a residence at the location in reference to a report of an unresponsive female.at the locatioon. Upon arrival the victim was found unresponsive in her bedroom and attempts to revive her met with negative results. The victim had a medical history to include cancer. Foul play is not suspected in this incident.

Arrested: Colin Fischer, 18 years of age, Santa Fe, NM 87505
The above deputy conducted a traffic stop with the above subject for traffic infractions. The driver showed sign of impairement and subsequently refused any testing. An inventory of the vehicle was conducted and marijauana was located (Pre-packaged for sale) and a digital scale. Drug paraphernalia was also located located within the vehicle. The subject was charged and booked accordingly
