Santa Fe County Sheriff Deputies responded to an address on Caminito Quintana in reference to a reported case of identity theft. Contact was made with the victim who advised that she learned from her bank that a suspect used her personal information to open multiple accounts. The victim advised that she did not open the accounts. This case remains under investigation.

On August 18, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to an address on Cagua Road in reference to a reported burglary. Deputies arrived on scene and made contact with the victim who advised that between the hours of 5:30pm and 10:00pm on August 09, 2014 suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the vicitms home, once entry was gained suspects look US currency, jewelry and firearms from within the home. This case remains under investigation.

Warrant - Failure to Appear
On Monday, August 18, 2014 at 8:29 PM the suspect was found to be in possession of the vehicle at a facility at the location. The vehicle had been reported stolen on August 15, 2014 from a restaurant parking lot in Las Lunas, NM. During the course of the investigation the suspect provided a false name, date of birth an social security number. It was also learned that there was an active Arrest Warrnt for the suspect issued by the Grayson County (TX) District Court.

Driver was arrested for Aggravated DWI after she was located in the parking lot of Nambe Drugs in control of her vehicle and showing signs of impairment. She refused Chemical Testing and was booked accordingly.

On August 18, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to the area of State Road 503 in reference to a reported burglary. Deputies made contact with the victim who advised that sometime on August 17 between the hours of 6:00pm and 10:30pm unkown suspects gained unlawful entry into the victims home. Once entry was gained suspects took an electronic from within the home. This case remains under invstigation.

Victims: 4 year old child & 2 year old child
Location 2500 Block Sycamore Loop (Cottonwood MHP)
Deputies responded to a report at the above location at around 7:00 pm in reference to small children walking in the streets and area naked, Upon arrival Deputies located a 2 year old and 4 year old child in a residence. The homeowner advised they had located the kids and taken them inside to cloth them. Further investigation revealed the suspect who is the mother of the child had left the children home alone while she went to the gym with a friend. The suspect was arrested and booked without incident.
