Victim reports at the above location unknown person(s) gained unlawful forced entry sometime between August 12, 2014 9:00p.m. and August 13, 2014 7:45a.m. Entry was gained by breaking the front glass door. Once inside the above items were taken and a cash register was damaged. Case still pending further investigation.

A traffic stop was conducted of Ms. Jaramillo and she exhibited signs of impairment. She was placed under arrest and submitted to a breath test. The results were .24 BrAC. She was booked into ADC accordingly.

Arrested: Leroy Montoya - 20 yoa, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies came in contact with the Mr. Montoya while checking on him parked in the street. He was found to have an arrest warrant and was in possession of Marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was placed under arrest and booked accordingly.

On 08-12-14 the defendant was stopped after observing his vehicle registration was expired. Further investigation revealed his driver's license was revoked. He was arrested and his 1993 GMC truck was seized.

Damaged; Asphalt road (CR 84)
Sometime during the night time hours of 08-10-14 to 08-11-14 someone started a Santa Fe County bull doser and drove it across County Road 84 while the rear claw was in the down position causing heavy damage to the roadway. Evidence on scene indicated the bull doser was also used to remove a vehicle that was stuck in the arroyo off CR 84. The bull doser was left in the area it had been taken from.

On Monday, August 11, 2014 at 9:30 PM officers responded to a disorderly individual at a residence at the location. Upon arrival the suspect was observed operating the vehicle attempting to leave the residence. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a breathalyzer Test. The vehicle was seized pursuant to Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5

Victim reported on this date sometime between 12:00 pm and 16:20 unknown persons gained entry into the above location by prying open the back door to the residence. Once inside unknown persons stole a 62” Samsung television and a jewelry box with misc. jewelry.
The items stolen were valued at about $3100.

Victim reported on this date sometime between August 7,2014 and August 10,2014 unknown persons gained entry into the above residence by removing a window mounted air conditioning unit. Once inside the unknown persons pried open a safe that was located in the master bedroom closet. The safe had been emptied prior to the burglary. The air conditioning unit was also stolen by unknown persons.
The items stolen were valued at about $250.
